"I have to check my schedule, but yeah, that would be fun." he replied, smiling again.

Emmett smiled brightly.
"Okay, cool" he said quickly and headed towards the door, opening it and holding it open for Rowan.

Rowan smiled a little bit, heading through the door.

Emmett smiled and waved goodbye to Rowan while walking away, he opened the back door to his car and slid in.

He waved back, getting into his car and starting it up. It was a good car, even though he had purchased it second-hand, and he liked driving it.

Emmett smiled through the phone at Rowan, he imagined lifting him into a bear hug.
"Today felt like it lasted forever" he said , the tension in his body relaxing.
"Can I come over?" He asked through the phone, his voice hopeful.

They had been together for a little over a month now; they had each been over to the other's place a few times, and had, well, slept over a bit as well. Rowan still didn't know what Emmett did as a job, as Emmett had deflected the questions every time, but he didn't exactly mind. It was fine. "Yeah, come on over." he replied, smiling a bit. "I've just finished up my work for today."

"okay cool" Emmett said happily into the phone and whispered "I'll be there in a couple minutes, I'll have my driver bring me over" he said and hung up quickly, exiting his office and hurrying into the elevator, where he waited while it brought him down to the lobby, where he hurried outside and into the black SUV parked on the curb, he slid into the backseat and leaned forward, speaking to his driver.

"Same place as every other day of the week" Emmett said texting Rowan On my way now :)

the driver gave him a smirk "so your boyfriend's house?" He asked teasingly, Emmett gave him a cold, stern look and said "yes, my boyfriends house" in which the driver nodded and pulled out, onto the street.

Rowan did a bit of quick cleaning, tidying up some mess so that his apartment looked good again. Smoke was curled on the couch asleep, which was fine; the little kitten wasn't in the way or anything, so it didn't much matter.

Emmet gazed out the window as the driver took the usual route to Rowan's apartment, he took a picture of the tree's as they passed them.

Once he was done cleaning, he plopped down on the couch to wait. It was nice, having a boyfriend. Emmett was…he was a great boyfriend, and Rowan was glad to have him.

Emmett's driver stopped in front of Rowan's apartment building and Emmett stepped out, thanking him and slamming the door, practically running up the stairs even though the elevator was an option.

He knocked on Rowan's apartment door with a gleeful smile on his face, he could see Rowan!
The quicker he opened the door the sooner he could see him, and the sooner he could touch him, and the thought made Emmett smile even harder, every part of Rowan seemed to fit in his grasp and this made Emmett immensely happy.

Rowan got up from the couch, opening the door and grinning up at Emmett. "Hey." he greeted, stepping back to let his boyfriend into the apartment.

Emmett smiled down at Rowan, sweeping him into a hug in which the smaller mans feet came off the ground.

He carried Rowan over to the couch and kicked the door closed before he did, then planted a sweet kiss on Rowan's forehead.

Rowan smiled, wrapping his arms and legs around Emmett so that it was easier for the bigger man to carry him. He pressed close to Emmett, returning the kiss with a soft one to Emmett's cheek.

Emmett laid both himself and Rowan on the couch, where he planted both of his hands on Rowan's cheeks.

"I missed you" Emmett said breathlessly, as if seeing his boyfriend took his breath away, he then placed a soft his behind Rowan's left ear.

"I missed you too." he whispered back, kissing Emmett's cheek again and still holding on to him. "It feels like it's been forever."

Emmett nodded in agreement, smiling at Rowan.
"It does" he said, kissing Rowan on the lips gently, then pulling away and looking at him.

He gave Emmett another soft smile, looking at him happily.

Emmett kept his hand clasped on Rowan's face, but this time began placing small, quick kisses all over his warm skin. He kissed his forehead, then his cheek, the his jawline and stopped after he had kissed behind his left ear.

"Is it okay if I get a friend to bring Sidda over?" He asked quietly.
"She's usually friendly with other cats and she's been practically alone for the past week, I kind of miss her—" he added softly.

"Uhm…" he thought about it for a moment. "Sure. But Smoke hasn't really been around a lot of other cats before, so he's probably going to be nervous."

"im sure we'll figure it out" Emmett said, wrapping his arms around Rowan's waist and texting his driver that he was to bring Siddalee to Rowan's apartment.
"Im sure she'll love you" Emmett mumbled into Rowan's ear, kissing his jawline softly.

He hummed very faintly, closing his eyes and leaning closer to Emmett. "I'm sure she will." he agreed, smiling softly.
