(Here he is!
Name: Jay
Age: Sixteen
Quirk: Don't have a name, so here's a description: To sum up his abilities, what could easily be described as harnessing dark energy. He can use his abilities to open voids and disintegrate things. Due to always improving his abilities, he can use them in both close and ranged combat. The severity of damage caused by his attacks depends on the amount of energy he puts in them. If he were to use too much, he could die as a result, so he has to strategically plan out his attacks and how much energy goes into them. He constantly works on this, pushing his limits to become stronger.
Hero name: (Gonna have to think about this one-)
Appearance: Picture
Personality: To most people, he's a loner who avoids society. However, he's rather confident and determined, proving to be good at fighting. He doesn't show his emotions at all and occasionally picks fights with people who bully him or others. He has a strong hatred of those who stereotype him, and he occasionally wishes to destroy them all. Deep down, though, he's a caring person who's creative and playful. It's hard for anyone to see that, though, as he's not trusting of others and pushes them away.
Backstory: At some point in his life, Jay was a normal kid, his true personality shining. He was always a bit of an outcast due to the nature of his powers, but he had his friends. Then they all betrayed him, left him. He was still determined to prove the world wrong. After a week away from home, he returned to his family gone. All that was left was a note, appearing to explain why they died. If he hadn't gotten accepted into UA, he would've turned to villainy.
Motivations: Proving the world wrong, avenging his family.
Strengths: Determined, great endurance, great at strategizing and using his quirk is powerful enough amounts for attacks while not overdoing it.
Weaknesses: Trust issues, could easily be corrupted (plan on having a villain arc for him), clingy if you can get him to trust you
Sexuality: Asexual and demiromantic (pan, precisely. Will probably develop feelings for anyone who he can learn to trust)
Miku, you should recognize him from that one rp. I made some edits for this rp, but it's the same character)
( I think I seen his Photo before )
(As I said, he was in another rp you're in, so you should recognize him)
( in the dark Roleplay my friend made? )
( has anyone ever noticed how when I'm in RP I'm calm and collected but when I'm in school I'm like “ bitch I'll throw a rock through your windoe”
(Seeing as I go to school with you, yes, I have)
( at school I am with my anime club friends and one of them I call her V short for her name )
Name: Hachi Yasuda
Age: 17
Quirk: Shadow Travel (yes I am aware it’s like Nico’s ability in HoO): Basically whenever Hachi uses it, he temporarily turns into a shadow-like creature and teleports to his destination. Once he arrives, his body shifts back to normal. It takes a lot of energy to do, so he’s constantly tired and tries to reduce the amount of times he uses his quirk.
Hero name: Phantom
Appearance: somewhat messy dark gray hair, dark gray eyes, dark circles under his eyes from lack of sleep, pale skin, pretty light despite his height (he’s about 5’7”), how is this guy okay-
Personality: While he may look intimidating, he’s actually a huge cinnamon roll. He gets pretty emotional whenever one of his friends get hurt, and he’s very caring. He’s also very protective of his friends.
Backstory: Hachi lived a mostly peaceful life with his parents…until the tragedy. In middle school, his mother Loretta, also known as Warp Hero: Blink, was killed by a villain known as Breakage. Hachi and his father Haru found her body and it severely traumatized the both of them, causing Hachi to go from cheerful hyper to an exhausted and emotionally distant middle schooler. He got a bit better over the years, but unfortunately he is still extremely tired.
Motivations: His friends, stopping Breakage, his dad, showing that he can be a good hero despite his illness.
Strengths: close combat, stealth, and delivering combos
Weaknesses: He has a medical condition that…honestly should have killed him already. He pushed through but can’t use his quirk too much, in fear of making it worse. His condition has the following symptoms: coughing (sometimes coughing up blood), fatigue, more susceptible to other illnesses such as fever, and some others
Sexuality: Pan
(Nice OC! If everyone's ready, I'll get a starter up soon! :) )
(Of course! :) Just gonna start it with a new school year)
It was the beginning of another school year at UA. New students coming in were excited for the new school year and training to be a hero. Returning students already knew what to expect of the new school year. Most students were either in the hallways or their classroom, a lot of them chatting with one another.
Kyro sat at his desk, labeling his things for his classes with a sharpie. His white wings were preened and ready for the day.
Hachi was walking the halls, already knowing what to do. This wasn’t his first year at the school, so he was used to the schedule and atmosphere. He yawned quietly, as he didn’t sleep well last night. “Mm…” he mumbled as he continued walking, though his pace was slowing down.
Kyro left his things and waited outside the 1a door. It was his first year here but he'd been to plenty of American schools focused on quirks
(Apologies for not continuing sooner! I was rather focused on drawing in the morning and didn't have time to be online in the afternoon)
Jay had already found his way to his classroom. He was sitting in the back, in a corner, attempting to hide from any and everyone. He didn't trust any of them, so he wanted nothing to do with them at the time. He was simply sitting at his desk and drawing something, as he had his sketchbook with him. It was the only thing that brought him happiness.
Sun-mi, on the other hand, was in the halls, as she was in the mood to socialize with random classmates. She was simply chatting and making things out of ice for people. She was happy.
Kyro watched the boy intently when he came into the room, he watched as he drew. He wondered what was on his mind to gave such a pissed off look on his face.
Hachi noticed Sun-mi and waved weakly. “Good morning…” he smiled a bit. Despite everything that was wrong with him, he was still focused on being kind and compassionate to his schoolmates. “How was your summer?”
Kyro sighed softly, deciding to talk to the loner. He walked straight up to the boys desk
Jay didn't appear to acknowledge Kyro at first, as he was focusing on some detail in his drawing. Once he finished, he looked up, seeing Kyro. He sighed. "Do you want something?" He sounded rather annoyed, but with his trust issues, he couldn't help but push people away naturally.
Sun-mi looked at Hachi and smiled. "Good morning!" It was clear she was full of energy. "My summer was great! Thank you for asking. How was yours?" There always seemed to be a smile on her face, and she definitely had enough energy for both of them.
“ maybe your attention?” he said with a sharp tooth smile. The white-haired male sat down in front of the other, his white wings twitching effortlessly
Hachi laughed softly. “Mine was good, too,” he smiled, admiring her optimism and energy. “I’m guessing you’re excited about school, huh?” he asked, resting his hand on his hip slightly. “I don’t blame you. School can be pretty great…”
"If you want to ask or say something, just do it." He was ready for any insult that came his way, as he was prepared for that. It was hard for him to let anyone close to him, so he continued to come off as rude.
"I'm glad you had a great summer!" She continued to smile, but it now showed that it wasn't just from excitement. She seemed genuinely happy that Hachi had enjoyed himself over summer. "Anyways, of course I am! I've always wanted to be a pro hero! I mean, I have a good quirk, and I've always been interested in helping people, so it was something I decided on as a kid!" It was clear she was passionate about this.
Kyro chuckled, “ your voice is beautiful.. “ he said, trying to ease the boys attitude
(Had to edit my reply to put both replies in it)
Jay was surprised to actually receive a compliment. He was prepared to receive an insult or a request to fight. "Um…thank you…?" He wasn't entirely sure how to respond as this was a new thing for him.
Kyro smiled brightly “ you're welcome. You must not be told that very often.” he said softly. For a solitary prey he sure was happy to be talking to jay
