“Probably a few days at least, if I know Boris,”Amelia said with a snicker.
She stood and looked through her cabinets, then her desk. She finally found her cards hidden in one of the drawers.
“Cards?”she asked with a shrug.
“If not, I could probably find something else. I’m usually tinkering with something, so that’s why I don’t have a lot of other stuff here,”she added.
“ cards will work, you pick the game,” he said and pulled his legs up a bit for Amelia to sit on the bed.
She sat down with a soft smile. She started shuffling the deck.
“Five Card Stud is a favorite.”
“ never played,” he said softly and watched her patiently
“Really? I wouldn’t say that around Bull, he’ll have a fit. But, anyway, it’s really simple honestly,”she said, joking a bit.
Amelia then explained the basics of the game to Keigo.
Keigo got a hold on the game quite quickly ( I don't play cards at all except for solitary so I'm floating here ) beating Amelia quite a few times, he'd always smile softly when he lost, taking in the new strategy like a damn computer.
(You’re good. Five Card Stud is truly really simple, particularly once you get the hang of it. Of the handful of cards games that I know, it actually is one of my favorites, grin)
“For someone who’s never played Five Card Stud, you’re good,”Amelia said, giggling.
She took her losses in stride. She honestly wasn’t too concerned about who won or lost, though it fascinated that Keigo had picked up the game so fast.
Keigo smiled “ I guess I'm a fast learner,” he said with a smile. He cheered softly when he won again. “ wow, I have litter sly never been this lucky in my life. “
Toaci rested on Johnathan's shoulder most of the day. Chirping whenever he was supposed to be doing something for bull and slacking off “ big slacker, no bitches.” he'd tease.
Amelia laughed, unfazed by her loss.
“I guess you are. And I think you’ve stolen my luck. Usually I’m the one winning all the time,”Amelia joked, giggling.
“Keeping me in check, are ya?”Jonathan asked, laughing.
He found Toaci’s teases absolutely hysterical. He also didn’t mind having the bird with him. Besides the hilarious teases, Toaci was actually keeping him calm and encouraging him to do something more than mope all day.
Keigo smiled “ hey love lean forward a bit, “ he said softly
Toaci messed with a lot of things, since he wasn't in his pin to have his toys the bird often got bored
Amelia leaned forward, smiling warmly and staring into his gorgeous green eyes.
“Ya bored? I saw your toys. I suppose I could go for a break and eat something, and let ya have a moment to play,”Jonathan offered.
Bull, who was nearby, gave him a weird look.
“I didn’t know what you were before, but now I’m convinced. You’re just as much a bird as Toaci there,”Bull said.
Jonathan snickered.
“Well, we’ve got a bull and a bird. Now we just have to figure out what everyone else is,”Jonathan joked.
Bull snorted, shaking his head.
Toaci gave a couple of whistles to bull and bobbed his head at Johnathan “ bull play too. Pretty bird and bull”
Keigo kissed Amelia, putting his hand in hers.
“Huh?”Bull asked.
Jonathan snickered.
“Want to hang out with me and Toaci?”he asked.
Bull blinked, then shrugged.
“I guess. Ain’t no harm in hanging out. Figured I’d make myself a sandwich. Want one?”
“Yeah. I don’t care what ya put on it,”Jonathan replied.
“Alright. Give me a minute,”Bull said, then walked off toward the galley.
“Shall we?”Jonathan asked with a snicker at Toaci, turning for Keigo’s room.
Amelia savored his kiss, her fingers wrapping around his hand.
Keigo pulled back and smiled. “ God I missed that,” he said
Toaci chirped happily, grabbing out the toys he wanted and looking expecting at Johnathan to care them.

Amelia smiled, chuckling.
“I did too.”
Suddenly, there was a knock on the door, shortly before Boris came in. He snorted at the sight of Keigo up on the pillows, chuckling.
“Sorry if I interrupted anything, but I figured I’d check on you two and bring something to eat. I hope you don’t mind me raiding your kitchen, Emma. And, Keigo, don’t push yourself. Your rule right now is ‘take it easy’.”
Boris handed them each a bowl of stew made from what Amelia had in the kitchen. Boris then left shortly after. Amelia snickered.
Jonathan watched Toaci play, snickering occasionally. Bull came in a few minutes later, handing Jonathan a sandwich. They then both watched Toaci.
Keigo smiled half-embarrassed “ I told you I can't sit still man.” ( making a face like this ;-;)
He looked back at Amelia and laughed for a second, “ omfg thought he was going to bop me in the face. “
Amelia giggled.
“Don’t worry. Boris might get stern sometimes, but that’s as far as he get. He’s a complete softie,”she said, laughing.
“ that's good.” he said softly, he put his knuckle under her chin. He pulled her in for another kiss, trying not to lean over too far.
Amelia smiled at Keigo, then chuckled when he kissed her again. She leaned closer to him, this way he didn’t have to move so far.
Keigo drew back from the kiss, still smiling warmly “ I love you,” he whispered to her.
“I love you too,”she whispered back, smiling.
Amelia stared into his eyes lovingly, quickly becoming mesmerized by them.
Keigo smiled, his emerald green eyes almost glowing with happiness

Toaci had literally been casing Jonathan and bull with a fucking cup, throwing it at them with his small talons “ catch wrench, catch cup.” he mocked.
Amelia’s smile widened.
“I just love your eyes,”she couldn’t help saying.
“This fucking bird,”Bull said, chuckling and shaking his head as he hid around a hallway corner.
“He’s fucking awesome!”Jonathan said, laughing and dodging a thrown cup.
“Kids, the both of you!”Bull replied with a snort.
“You’re having fun too. Don’t deny it,”Jonathan said.
“Alright, you got me. But, this fucking bird,”Bull said with a laugh.
Keigos face flushed a bright red “ thanks love,” he said softly.
Toaci went to retrieve the cup and throw it again aiming for the back of bulls head this time, rounding the corner and taking aim once more “ all's fair in warfare!” he called

Amelia giggled.
“You’re welcome, love,”she replied, smiling and giggling even more.
The cup hit Bull right on the back of the head and he yelped, caught off guard.
“Damn, he’s got good aim!”Bull said, laughing as he went for another hiding spot.
“Got ya right in the head too! That’s fucking awesome!”Jonathan replied, laughing as well.
Toaci sat in the middle of the room, pacing. He knew exactly where they were. The point was how to the hell out of them. He waited until one of them let their guard down, nipping at their fingers and running back to the center of the room.
Keigo stifled a yawn, looking at the time and wondering what the boys were doing. Toaci was probably giving them hell.
