so I opened my computer after I shut it down last night and for a second I had a heart attack because the notebook ai doc that I wrote probably some of the best words I've written on was blank but then I refreshed the doc and then it was all there again

Thought that was normal, my mom does it too sometimes. Without someone telling you to pause it can be hard. Phone timers are a best friend for sure, just setting it to go off every 2 hours is a good reminder to take a break. My alarms are labeled passive-aggressively with moderate swearing to remind myself. That and if you can, keeping a stock of drinks or snacks nearby can help a ton cause you don't have to leave your activity to take care of yourself, even if it's sugary or junk food it's better than forgetting.
