Being rude to my parents for throwing out all of my old knitting stuff because "I wasn't using it anymore" even though I made three of my cousins scarves JUST LAST WEEK and also that knitting was my only good coping mechanism in high school and now I'm just as stressed now as I was then. Anyways guess who's going to the Michael's in Portage so that I can get some nice chunky wool and some needles of a good quality for stabbing eyes out. That last bit is a joke for legal reasons.

I saw a review of it on tiktok and really wanted to get it but my dumbass didn't save the video

Ooh, now that you mention it I'm not sure. I've read some that are in split perspectives between the guy and the girl (be it 1st or 3rd person) but I can't think of any solely about a guy falling in love.

it's like. now that i'm thinking about it, it's all about the girl falling in love? and not the guy? as if that's not important enough?? like some do it right and you can see both falling, even if it's just from the girl's POV, but now i want one that's focused on the guy falling for the girl

I’ve had to ask all of my male friends who have ever had a girlfriend before what it’s actually like for them falling in love. I’ve had many people say to me that it’s the same as when a woman falls in love, but even without asking my mates I know straight off the bat that it’s completely different

i'm sure there are differing variables, but there's also the factor to consider that a lot of people fall in different ways, and express that in different ways—male or female

Part of it is probably that novels about men falling in love tend to be considered literary fiction while novels about women falling in love are usually shoehorned into romance
