She kept humming, her fingers almost moving in time with the song as she held him.

He closed his eyes.

She continued to hum and hold him close.

He just breathed, trying to come to terms still.

She sighed softly and kissed his cheek. “Do you… do you want to talk?” she asked gently.

He shrugged faintly. "I don't know."

“Ok.” she nodded a little, accepting that answer. This whole thing was understandably overwhelming for him.

He closed his eyes again.

She gently leaning against him, still offering comfort.

He kissed her cheek softly.

She hummed at the kiss with a soft smile and held him close.

He smiled back at her.

She smiled again and resumed humming.

He listened quietly.

She kept humming, almost swaying a little with the tune.

He stayed close to her.

She continued the melody and let him hold her as close as he needed to.

She looked up at him, still humming.

He looked down at her, smiling gently.

She smiled softly back at him and kissed his cheek before humming again.

He returned the kiss softly.

She blushed a little at that but managed to keep humming.

He smiled lightly at her.

She smiled softly back at him.

He kissed her forehead.

She couldn't help but giggle softly, finding that particular gesture very cute.

He smiled a little bit.

She smiled gently back.

He kissed her cheek lightly.
