See now I’ve had a bed my entire life, but I want a futon. They seem cool, they look comfy, and I’m getting sick of having a bed when sometimes the floor is actually more comfortable. That being said, my bed is my home. I do most things on my bed like eat, work and sleep, so I guess adjusting would be pretty hard 🤷🏻

My mother was getting ready to check out at Walmart when the entire store got evacuated because of a supposed fire, likely near the deli section where they handle hot foods. She wasn't allowed in. Fire department were there but it didn't look like they were doing anything.

Turns out, it was just a water line break
She's allowed back in now

hey shout out to my ten year old little sister who never fucking washes her hands after going to the bathroom. everything she touches smells like unwashed hands now, including food items shes using and things she holds. istg I'm about to hand sanitize everything shes touched in this house

it's literally the worst thing ever, especially cause she lies to my face about it regularly. i'll even hear her flush, and she comes out right after without washing, and when i'm like 'wash your hands' cause you know, germs and it doesn't help that we're in a pandemic, she's like 'i just did' like unless the sink is suddenly completely silent that's bullshit thanks

her phone(she shouldn't have one, honestly, but it was hers even when it was supposed to be a family phone for emergencies) always smells and i refuse to touch it

just this morning she was manhandling strudel frosting and i had to grab one of the packets after her. needless to say, gross.

what you need is a hand sanitizer dispenser right outside or inside your door, and a rule that no one can enter until you've seen them use it
