atlas definitely uses he/him pronouns, as he mentioned that he chooses to identify as male in one of his letters (we're penpals)

Yes, Atlas goes by He/Him pronouns now, I’ll let him explain it when he gets back though, it’s his story to tell

UPDATE:

Atlas thinks he’ll be able to go home in about a month! Then he’ll be able to log onto notebook again!

and yes, i prefer male pronouns. i am uhm, transgender- working on it. but i only told certain people because i didn't think i was ready to say it publicly. i've had really bad reactions towards me saying that and i just rather keep it to myself
