Ebony tilted her head. "Then it must have been before you met me, because I've never seen him before." She glanced back in the boy's direction, pretending to be looking at the image on the wall. "But why's he watching us?"

" Maybe he's a supernatural being and can sense your werewolf genes " she muttered under her breath so no one could hear not that anyone should be listening to their conversations anyway, but this was highschool, kids looking for any bit of gossip they could scoop out

Ebony gave a wary look. "Yeah, we are. What about it?" She called back.

Veronica eyed the boy suscpisously not a single word leaving her mouth

Alyx entered the building, deep in conversation with a few friends over a game they had played the night before. As they made their way to the office to receive their schedules, a new, unique scent caught Alyx’s attention. A girl, roughly his age, not a human by any means. Interesting, it’s nice to have a few other inhuman inhabitants at this school. I wonder who she is though.

"I'm Veronica" She said and clasped his hand firmly…Her eyes glazed over with a white smoky color and she saw him they were babies and someone took him and someone took her from thier cribs as they both reached for each other the names on their crib both read Kelley she quickly pulled her hand away her eyes turning back to their normal color

Ebony ignored Mason's hand. "Name's Ebony," She said, glancing at her friend "Veronica? Are you okay?"

"Fine!" Veronica said with a convincing fake smile "It's nice to meet you Mason"

Ebony gave a fake smile as well. "Yeah, great to meet you." Someone who was watching us like we were important, before he even knew who we were? She thought, Something's up with this guy. She took a sniff of the air. He's a werewolf. Let's hope he can't tell that I'm part vampire.

she turned to Ebony "MOm and dad don't hear a word of what just happened Alright?" she asked before taking off down the hallway

Ebony quickly followed Veronica. "Of course they won't, but what did just happen?" She stopped and faced her friend. "I know when you're lying."

"I had a vision His name is Mason Kelley" she said looking at Ebony"

Her eyes widened. "What?" She said, her voice barely a whisper, "You have….a brother?"

Alyx and his mates joined in with the natural flow of the corridors after receiving their schedules, he was still becoming familiar with how schools actually worked——like when classes started, where to go when not in class etc——so he was thankful that he was always in the same lesson as at least one of his mates.
Being the friendly person he was, a few ‘hey’s were dished out to people he knew, even to those he didn’t know. That’s when the scent hit him again, and this time it was stronger. Not too far from where he was walking, two girls were talking to one another and judging from the flurry in emotions, someone was hiding something.

"Yes I do but there's no way he's normal I think a lot of kids here are supernatural beings" Veronica said "Just like us" she muttered the last part

"The question is, how many of us are there?" Ebony muttered back. Just then, a new scent hit her, smelling of trees and fresh air. "And I think I just found some more." She said, turning to look at the group walking in.

"What do you smell?" she asked glancing around when she looked over at Alyx and she couldn't help the small smile that reached her lips

Alyx found himself smiling back, but not wide enough to reveal his fangs, and waved shyly at the girl. So she was the new presence. Interesting, a fairly pretty soul too. The girl with her also appeared to be a curious person to come into contact with, he hadn’t seen a hybrid for a while.

Amarro walked next to Alyx. "Can you sense them?"

"Werewolves." Ebony replied, noticing the smile on Veronica's face. Let's hope they don't notice my vampire heritage.
