"Alright, um, I'll see you around?" Kyle smiled lightly.

"Yeah, text me if you need anything." Tyler waved a little before leaving the room.

Payton wandered in a couple minutes later and curled up in Kyle's lap after another nurse checked up on him again. "You must be tired." He said quietly, kissing Kyle lovingly.

He kissed back with a light smile. "I am, but are you allowed to stay here over night?"

"I don't think I can, I'm not family. I can ask them though." Payton replied, pushing Kyle's hair off his forehead. "I called my parents and they said you can stay with us as long as you want."

Kyle nodded. "I have a question about Tyler. He seems off. Did something like this happen before?"

"Yeah, uh..his best friend was really depressed and stuff for a few years and attempted suicide when she was 13. He found her before it was too late and got her to the hospital in time but it really scared him. She's fine though and jokes about it but he's really overprotective now.." Payton explained quietly, wrapping his arms around Kyle's waist and leaning his head on his chest.

Kyle nodded his head and stroked Payton's hair. "Yeah, he seemed determined to get me to a therapist."

"That makes two of us. Plus Rowan too even though he doesn't want to admit it." Payton said, leaning forward to kiss him.

"I've been doing fine up until then. Why do I need one?" Kyle frowned. He wanted to forget this. He wished Payton didn't run off. He wished his parents loved him. He wished none of this ever happened. Kyle just wanted everything to go away.

"Because I want you to be happy and safe and healthy. And I love you so much." Payton pressed kisses to his cheek and jaw. "Everything will be okay. You'll feel better, I promise."

Kyle turned Payton around so his back was facing Kyle's stomach. He held Payton's waist and kissed his neck. "I don't need help, but if you want me to go, you have to come with."

"I'll come with you if you want me to." Payton murmured. "Do you want me to get some of your stuff from home and bring it for you?" He asked, yawning a little.

"I have some of my clothes at your house that you never gave back to me. So, I'll just use those for now. Also…" Kyle kissed his head. "Don't call yourself a whore again. I don't like that word and you aren't one so don't compare yourself again."

"Okay, only if you go to therapy without complaining." Payton replied, relaxing in Kyle's arms. "And tell me if you ever feel like hurting yourself again."

"Payton, don't do it if I go to therapy. I want you to promise me that you won't call yourself a whore ever again. I already said that'll I'll go, just don't call yourself that again because it isn't true." Kyle leaned Payton's head back and kissed his lips. "Please?"

"I won't, I won't." Payton giggled, snuggling close to him. "Don't hurt yourself again, please? And tell me what I can do to help you."

I'll try not to…" Kyle sighed. "There's nothing you can do to help besides being by my side."

"Try your hardest. I'll always be with you." Payton murmured, nudging Kyle to lean back against the bed and resting his head on his chest. "They can't kick me out if I'm asleep, right?" He giggled, closing his eyes.

"No, I don't think they can…" Kyle yawned himself. He was glad everything was in the open. It felt like one of the burdens have been lifter. He closed his eyes hugged Payton under him.

"I love you Kyle." Payton whispered, pressing a kiss to his cheek before dozing off pressed against him.

"I…I love you too." Kyle said softly, before falling asleep.

Payton woke up too early the next morning. He checked his phone and tried to go back to sleep which was unsuccessful. He was a little glad that he wasn't at home because there was no risk of running into his uncle. But being home means that Kyle wouldn't be in the hospital..maybe they'll let him leave soon. I think being here is stressing him out. Maybe Tyler knows a good therapist.

Kyle hugged Payton tighter though he was still asleep. "Payton…" he murmured.

Payton stroked his hair gently and kissed his cheek. "I'm right here." He murmured, frowning a little with concern.

"I didn't….mean it…" he whispered. Kyle trailed his hand up Payton's neck. "Don't….go…"

"It's okay Kyle..shhh…" Payton whispered, kissing his cheek and hugging him tight. "I'm right here. I'm not going to leave you.."

Kyle furrowed his brows before opening his eyes slowly. "Did I wake you?" Kyle yawned.

"No, baby. I was already awake. Go back to sleep it's too early." Payton said softly, continuing to thread his fingers through his hair.

"Really? What time is it?" Kyle held Payton's head, running his fingers through his hair.

"Almost 6:30." Payton answered, still trying to coax Kyle back to sleep. "You were having a bad dream I think."
