Kyle kissed his lips. "Ready?" He picked up his guitar strummed a random chord. "Did I tell you that I love you today?"

Payton grinned, gazing at Kyle happily. "At least twice already." He giggled, leaning back on his hands and nudging his knee agaisnt Kyle's.

“This is the last one. The song I’ve been practicing for weeks. You might now it I don’t know it’s called Demons by Alec Benjimen.” Kyle started to sing as he strummed the guitar.

Payton just watched him, a stupidly happy look on his face as Kyle sang. He let his hand rest on Kyle's knee, absentmindedly rubbing small circles over his skin.

(Yeah just had to take a break nothing to worry about. Thank you though!)

“I’ve got all these demons hiding underneath, nobody can see them nobody but me and your the reason, the only only thing that keeps me from diving off the deep end.” He sang. He played the chords as he practiced.

Payton couldn’t keep the grin off his face as Kyle sang. He realized how lucky he was as he gazed at his boyfriend, knowing that Kyle could probably have anyone he wanted.

(I’m doing fine just a lot of school work still and we have people coming over like every weekend so I was kept busy)

He sang the song from his heart. It didn’t take him long to get to the bridge. “ It's you, you pull me through it on the days when I have doubts. Even when I turned my back on you, you never let me down. And even when I hit the bottom, no, you didn't let me drown. No, no, no” Then he sang the chorus again and the was over. “Did you like it?”

Payton dove forward and kissed him as soon as he was finished. "I loved it. I loved it so much." He grinned, pressing kisses on his cheek and jaw, eventually making it back to his lips. "You're amazing.."

“I mean I only learned two songs on this thing. I am glad I got to spend your birthday with you.” Kyle tackled Payton in a hug.

"Me too." Payton murmured, burying his face in Kyle's shoulder as he hugged him back. He pulled back and took Kyle's face in his hands, brushing his thumb over his cheek. "Thank you. This was perfect."

"Really? You liked it? When we're in college I'll get to visit you right? Maybe hand out with you for a day or two?" Kyle's lips pushed together. He almost look like he was about to cry. "I haven't said yes or no to anything yet so are you sure I can't go to school with you?"

Payton tilted his head slightly, taking Kyle’s face in his hands. “I’ll come and visit you every chance I get.” He kissed him gently. “We’ll be happy. It won’t feel any different, I promise.” He kissed his cheek and neck. “Don’t worry.”

"If you say so. Then I'll believe it." Kyle started to laugh. "That tickles!" What do you say we head home. Your mom is probably worried." He grinned and sat up.

Payton nodded and sighed happily. “She knows I’m with you so it’s probably fine.”
He pressed another kiss to his cheek and helped him gather their things. “She knows you’ll keep me safe.”

"Then do you mind if you come to my place?" Kyle asked biting his lip. "You don't have to I'm not forcing you to. I mean I get it if you didn't because of what happened. Also, that's wear a lot of shit went down and stuff. Shit, I'm talking to much."

“It’s okay. You don’t have to apologize. But yeah, let’s go to your place.” He smiled softly, taking Kyle’s hand and walking to the car. “You never talk too much. Besides, I like hearing your voice.”

"I don't know. I'm not much fun since…" Kyle placed their things in the car and sat in the drivers seat. Stop talking dipshit!

Payton frowned and go into the car, turning towards Kyle and taking his hands. “Listen to me. You’re still the same Kyle that you were before. My feelings haven’t changed. I’m not going to start pushing you away, okay? We’re going to figure this out together.”

“Okay,” Kyle kissed his forehead and started driving them back to his house. “Thank you for loving me.” He said when they made it to the house.”

“Thank you for letting me.” Payton responded, getting out of the car and walking inside. He turned towards Kyle and took his hands. “What do you want to do?”

“This,” Kyle presses his lips against his. “I’ve been wanting to kiss you for a while.” He grinned and picked Payton up. Kyle places him on the counter. “I can’t exactly do this at your house.”

“No you can’t do this at my house, yet you do anyway.” Payton giggled, wrapping his legs around Kyle’s waist. He kissed him happily, cupping Kyle’s face with his hands. “I love it though. You’re so strong.”

“Am I? I didn’t notice,” he smirked, bitting his lip. “You’re sexy though.” Kyle kissed his lips holding his waist. He kissed down his neck before coming back up to his lips.

“I thought you were the sexy one.” He grinned, leaning against Kyle slightly and dragging his fingers through his hair. “At least in my opinion you are.”

“I better be,” he laughed. “I’m taking you upstairs.” Kyle smiled and picked him up again. He kissed him while he was walking up the stairs. “You’re cute too. You’re also the birthday boy.”

“I am!” Payton replied happily. “I can vote now.” He flopped onto the bed once they got upstairs, slipping out of Kyle’s grasp.

Kyle crawled over him and kissed the back of his neck. "Turn over so I could kiss you on your lips." Kyle pouted and continued to kiss him. "How does it feel?"

Payton rolled over and pushed himself up slightly to kiss Kyle. "How does what feel?" He asked, wrapping his arms around Kyle's neck and pulling him down against his chest.

“Feels great.” Kyle smirked against his lips and continued to kiss him. His hand was about to go under his shirt, but he stopped. Kyle sat up and looked down. “I shouldn’t do that. We should stop.”
