Killian frowned a little bit, unsure of what to do.
Jade just tried to focus on her breathing. It was the only thing she could control right now. The blood from her nose was starting to flow a little harder… She could almost taste it.
Killian got a Kleenex for her nose.
She was almost gulping for air as the pain finally, slowly started to diminish.
Killian waited, watching her worriedly.
Jade slowly opened her watery eyes and looked up at him. ”Killian?” she whispered.
"Hey, love." he greeted softly.
”How long… how long was I…?” she asked, her voice cracking.
"Just a few minutes." he said quietly, rubbing her back gently.
She sighed and leaned into him. ”Feels like it was longer to me.” she said, brushing the wetness off her upper lip. ”Damn it. Sorry if I got any blood on your carpet.”
He shrugged. "It's easy to deal with. Are you alright?"
”I’ll be alright. I just need to calm down.” she said, closing her eyes and just breathing.
He nodded a little, staying beside her.
It took her a few more minutes before she felt almost normal again. ”I’m sorry for ruining the rest of the night.”
"It's fine." He replied softly.
She blushed as she finally realized what he had said earlier. ”You called me ”love.” she murmured softly.
He blinked, looking away for a moment. "Uhm…yeah."
She bit her lip to stifle a giggle and nuzzled against him.
He looked down at her with a faint smile.
She smiled back at him, honestly happy that he had said that but she wasn't sure how to tell him without making him uncomfortable.
He kissed her forehead softly.
She hummed and kissed his cheek.
He smiled gently at her.
She gently smiled back, still a little worn out from her overload.
He kissed her cheek gently.
”You’re so sweet.” she complimented softly.
He smiled a little. "Thanks."
”I mean it, you know.” she smiled softly, kissing his cheek again.
He shrugged his shoulders.
She sighed a little at his response but nuzzled back against him.
