"Not…really." he said slowly.
"Not…really." he said slowly.
She raised a brow at his hesitation. ”You can tell me if there is.” she assured him.
"Nah, I'm fine." he replied.
”Ok. If you're sure.” she nodded, taking another bite.
"I'm sure." he replied with a smile.
She smiled back at him and nodded again, though she was still unsure. ”Ok.”
He kissed her cheek.
She blushed again and smiled at the kiss.
He smiled at her.
Her blush darkened as she giggled softly.
He kissed her cheek softly.
She smiled and kissed his cheek in return.
He went back to eating.
She turned back to her own plate but still glanced at him every once in while.
He kept glancing at her every now and then.
She felt her face heat up again when they made eye contact a couple of times.
He smiled again as he saw her blush.
She sighed and shook her head with a soft chuckle. That smile of his is going to make it a lot harder to fight him now.
He laughed a little, finishing his food.
She smiled back at his laugh and swallowed her last bite.
He looked at her. "All done?"
”Yes. Thank you.” she nodded with a soft smile. ”It was delicious.”
He smiled back. "You're welcome."
She let out a soft sigh and stood up, gathering the plates and silverware to take to the kitchen.
He gathered up his own plate and silverware, using magic to pick up the bowl of leftover spaghetti.
”Showoff.” she chuckled good-naturedly as they walked into the kitchen.
He laughed, smiling. "Mm. Maybe so."
She smiled as she set her dishes in the sink before turning to take his for him.
He smiled, handing her the dishes, then put the spaghetti in a bag, putting it in the fridge.
She took his dishes and started to wash them. She figured it was the least she could do in return for dinner.
