“Thanks you do too,” she said. “Do you want to come in or go straight to the diner.” She stepped to the side slightly.

"I, I can come in," Lot responded. Their nerves were working overtime and they blinked a few times feeling the lights go brighter than dimmer.

Cat smiled and slowly took there hand before leading them into the house. She kissed their cheek lightly and closed the door. “You ok?”

The kiss short-circuited Lot's brain for a moment. They gave Cat a slow nod still covering their bare stomach, "Um, kind of. Senses going a little, little haywire."

“Do you want to sit down?” She asked stopping the kiss. She led them to the couch.

Lot nodded and blinked a few times focusing on the ground and their steps, "Yeah. Yeah, that sounds good."

Cat nodded. She sat them down. Sitting next to them but leaving a good gap. She let go of their hand but left it close Incase they wanted to take it.

Lot looked at their hands fidgeting with them. They took deep breaths in and out trying to get themselves under control. God, they felt so pathetic, "Sorry."

“It’s ok you don’t have to apologize for anything. You did nothing wrong,” Cat whispered.

“No, I do. It’s because I’m so pathetic getting all worked up about, about,” Lotus held their stomach again and took controlled breaths, “I’m sorry. You’re right. I, I don’t.”

“It’s ok. Do you want a hug?” She asked unsure if that would help or not. She knew that some people wouldn’t want to be touched at all in this situation.

Lot hesitated for a moment, but nodded. They normally don't like being touched, but who knows it could maybe help.

Cat carefully hugged them. Wrapping one of her arms loosely around Lot. She placed her head on their forehead slightly. "Everythings ok. Do you want to just stay here for a bit?"

Lot nodded and leaned into the touch. Their senses flooded once more and they took deep breaths though they ended up more as shallow.

Cat smiled and lifted her head. She stayed close. "Do you want tv or no tv?" She whispered. Her free hand playing with a strand of their hair.

Lot felt a purr break through their erratic breathing. They leaned into the touch and let out a long sigh as they thought, "No, no TV."

"Ok," She whispered as she kept playing with their hair. She made sure her movements were slow. She was still smiling softly.

Lot closed their eyes and tried to focus. They let out a long breath and manages to not have everything just overwhelm them. At least they hoped.

Cat twirled their hair between her fingers. "I love you," she whispered. Keeping her other arm around them.

"Thank you," Lot responded not really thinking. They let out another breath, "I love you too."

Cat closed her eyes. She relaxed against Lot hoping they would do the same. Her hand didn’t sto playing with their hair though.

Lot leaned against Cat their body slowly starting to unwind. They felt their breath finally even out.

Cat smiled when she felt Lot relax. She kept her eyes closed and did the same thing at before.

A few minutes passed before Lot spoke again, "I think I'm ready to go now."

Cat nodded. “You sure?” She asked. Slowly taking one of their hands and raising her head.

Lot nodded taking not o Cat's movements, "Yeah. I'm ready to go."

Cat nodded again and slowly stood up. She held their hand. She was smiling wide.

Lot smiled and stood with her. They started towards the door still self-conscious about that one piece of skin showing but could forget about it for now.

Cat removed her hand and wrapped her arm around their waist. They walked out of the house.

Lotus leaned against Cat. They really hoped their makeup wasn't fucked up.
