Steven yelped, trying to get away, but it took him down too. Hopefully he could reach Spinel’s gem before Alastor shattered her.

The tentacle that knocked steven over proceeded to grab him and slam him against the ground repeatedly.

I see a tentacles coming down on spinel's gem and I glitch as I grab it glitching and I appear in the tree again holding spinel's gem and I think to myself that was a close one

Alastor dropped Acantha, not interested in her, and laughed madly as he watched this scene play out.

Acantha growls and runs to the tree that death man was on. She climbs up on it and throws Death Man off the tree. “Gimme that damn gem!”

(insert Pokémon fainted eyes)

He bubbled himself, likely cutting off the limb wrapped around him. He tried to catch his breath, and relax for any split second he could get. Noticing he was a little banged up, he took a hand to his mouth then placed it on himself. Even though this helped his health, it didn’t do much for his stamina. He quickly looked at the battlefield, trying to spot Spinel and Amethyst, very worried.

Glitches and appears on another tree holding spinel's gem and I look at steven getting hit in the ground "sigh, here we go" I glitch and appear above the tentacle a red, blue sword in my claw I cut it I catch steven and set him down "here make sure spinel's gem is safe" hands the gem to steven

Willow pops into existence again, this time carrying a bunch of stolen acorns that she stole from a couple of animals. She tried to process what was going on, before asking, “okay, what in the 45th Moon is going on?!”

Before Steven even had gotten the gem, Acantha turned into a eagle, flew to them and grabbed the gem. She grinned and flew up to a point that death man couldn’t get her.

"Growls" turns into a red and blue dragon and fly after her

Acantha just continued flying, gem in her talons. She flew through the trees, knowing if Death Man followed, he would have a hard time to go through.

Flies above the trees and I dive down as I turn into my normal form as some trees and vines hit me on the way down and grab the gem as I roll on the ground and I start running

Seeing Death Man, Willow decided to join Alastor’s side, and throw a couple of acorns at Death Man.
