Amethyst sighed, continuing to pet her hair. "It's going to be okay. Steven would never hurt you. Ever. I promise you that."

She nodded, looking up at her like a puppy. “Okay.” Spinel whispered quietly. She clearly wasn’t really in the mood to play anything right now, and seemed content enough by just having physical contact with someone.

"You gonna climb on or what?" Nightfall turned her head to Steven.

Steven let himself on, but knew none of this would lift the swirling void in his chest.

(YES! OK. So if you go on my profile I have a character named Mark Accer) Mark waited in the distance, close by as he waited to pick pocket them.

Poppy jerked her head, the scent of a new person filled her senses. Poppy locked her vision in Mark’s direction, but she couldn’t see him fully. Poppy walked a bit towards there direction. “Um, who are you?”
(So to who doesn’t know Poppy is a dragon slayer, a wizard with dragon like senses)

"Are you tired?" Amethyst asked spinel.

“…Yeah, a little. Everything’s been weird.” She replied, sighing as she looked to the side anxiously.

Amethyst cradles spinel in her arms like a baby, sitting on the ground.

Spinel looked a little confused, but she was definitely not resisting, but simply tilted her head questioningly.

Amethyst smiles at her, rocking her slightly and humming whilst petting her hair. (Ack- I cant- My heart!-)

“Whatcha doin’ Ames..?” She asked, looking quite weary. It seemed all of this stress had really stole her spirit from her, though a sudden familiar-ness crossed her face, but quickly vanished.

"Helping you feel comfortable enough to sleep."

“Sleep??” Spinel repeated, blinking up at her.

"It's a thing you do where you close your eyes and relieve some stress, and gain some energy in the process." She explains.

“Oh… That sounds weird.” She observed with a smile.

“But by the way you say it, I think I might need it.” The Gem giggled quietly.
