”That’s it.” Jade grumbled before walking to her room and dialing his number.

Killian answered, laughing. "Helloooo." He sang out.

”You are infuriating. Ya know that?” Jade said still a little irritated by his unhelpful texts. ”Will it kill you to tell me what’s wrong?”

"There's nothing wrong, Jade." Killian replied tiredly.

”Then what was with the pouting text?” she asked again. This was starting to get repetitive.

"I wasn't pouting." Killian replied. "Really."

”Then why did you send a message that just said ”humph”? Because that sounds like pouting to me.” she pointed out.

"It wasn't pouting, Jade. I was just joking around." He replied.

”What am I going to do with you?” Jade sighed, exasperated. ”Alright, fine. Do you have an excuse for me to give Sophie for you not to come over?” she asked.

"No, I don't." Killian replied. "Since all I'm doing today is… nothing." He chuckled softly, shaking his head.

Jade nodded with a sigh. ”W-would you like to come over?” she asked hesitantly, knowing it wasn't a good idea… Plus he just broke out of jail.

"Hm. Are you going to arrest me again?" Killian responded, laughing.

Jade chuckled softly with him. ”No. At least, not yet. I’m not working right now.” she smiled.

Killian chuckled. "Mm. Alright. Then I'll come over if you want me to." He replied.

”I’m not going to stop you if you want to come over.” Jade told him. ”But be warned; Sophie still thinks we’re dating or something. That's why she wants you to come over.”

Killian laughed. "Alright. I'll keep that in mind."

”Ok.” Jade smiled. ”Do you need a ride or do you have another plan?”

Killian shrugged. "I've got a ride."

”Alright.” Jade said. ”See you soon?”

"Yeah." Killian hung up and got ready to go.

Jade sighed as the conversation ended and walked out of her room. ”Well, you win, Soph. Killian said he’d come over but please, for the love of God, wear something decent!”

”Oh, you take the fun out of everything.” Sophie pouted playfully. ”Fine. Then, I’m going to take a shower.”

”Save me some hot water!”

Killian got in his car, and started driving, humming to himself as he did.

Jade had to hurry a little to get ready because Sophie took a longer shower than she really needed.

Killian eventually arrived and knocked on the door.

”Soph, can you get that?” Jade called from the kitchen.

Sophie jumped from her spot on the couch and almost ran to open the door. ”Well, hello again cutie.”
