”Jade, 你穿裙子.” Chen Xiu pointed out. ”我一方面可以指望我穿裙子的次數.”
Jade shook her head. ”我只是還沒有機會洗衣服.” she lied weakly. ”L-let’s just pay and get going.”

Jade shook her head. ”我只是還沒有機會洗衣服.” she lied weakly. ”L-let’s just pay and get going.”
Killian narrowed his eyes a little. "I am going to…to write something that'll let me understand Chinese." he muttered to himself. He cleared his throat, and paid for the meal.
Jade put down her share of the money and raised a brow. ”You mean make a translation spell or something? That's impressive.” she smiled at him.
Killian grinned. "Yeah. Next time, you won't have to translate." he replied with a slight smirk.
”I didn't know you could write your own spells.” Jade smiled intrigued by the idea. ”祝你今天愉快.” she bowed at Chen Xiu, who returned the gesture, as they left the building.
"Well, I can." Killian replied. "I can write them, or just come up with them." he shrugged slightly as they walked from the building.
“That’s amazing.” Jade commented. ”How do you come up with them?”
He blinked, and shrugged. "I have an large imagination." he replied. He smirked a little. "That's not the only large thing, either." he smirked and winked at her, laughing.
(I'm sorry I couldn't resist lol)
Jade rolled her eyes. ”Yes, I know your ego is quite large.” she retorted calmly, doing her best to ignore his obvious innuendo.
"That's not hear I meant." Killian replied, rolling his eyes at her. "And you know it."
Jade bit her lip slightly to suppress a giggle at his reaction. ”Perhaps I do but that's not likely to be something I’ll discover anytime soon.” she smirked teasingly.
Killian laughed softly. "Mm. I mean, if you wanted to find out…" He smirked.
Jade shook her head politely. ”I told you; I'm not that type of girl.” she gave a small smile.
Killian sighed. "Mm. I suppose that's true." He replied with a shrug. "A pity." He teased with a smirk.
Jade shrugged. ”I don't see it that way.” she said simply. She had honestly never been in a relationship long enough to consider… that aspect of it so she was unsure what she thought on the matter now.
Killian laughed a little. "Mm. Alright then." he replied.
Jade shrugged, accepting the fact that they just had different views on the topic. She didn't really care though. She just enjoyed spending time with him like this… when no one assumed they were more than friends at best. But she couldn't help that small worry about how they would be when she had to stop him when he decided to commit a crime.
Killian ran a hand through his hair, and climbed onto the bike. "Where to now?" he asked, raising his eyebrows at Jade.
”I'm not sure.” she admitted. ”Honestly, I should probably get home and rest for a bit. That last… er episode kinda wiped me out.” Jade said a little embarrassed to be telling him that.
"Alright. Do you want me to drive you, or what?" He asked, raising his eyebrows at her again.
Jade hummed for a moment as she thought of her answer. That little episode must have left her more dazed than usual if she hadn't thought of this before. ”Uhh… I guess you can drive me home. As long as you don't use the information against me later.” she conceded. It seemed fair enough to her.
Killian nodded. "Alright. You'll have to guide me there, then." he replied, glancing back at her, then starting to drive.
Jade nodded and wrapped her arms around him. ”Right. I will.” she told him, subconsciously resting her head on his shoulder. ”Start by heading like you're going to the Den. I’ll tell you when you need to turn.”
"Alright." Killian did as she said to. He blinked in surprise at the head on his shoulder, then allowed a small smile to creep over his face.
Jade blushed lightly as she realized what she was doing but didn't move away. This was the second, or third, time today she had done something without thinking first around him. And she wasn't completely sure why. What exactly was it about him that caused her to just simply react and not think about it? She sighed and resisted from burrowing closer to him. … Maybe it was because of the mental overload earlier?
Killian kept driving. If he was honest…he liked having her lean against him. He really did. And not because she was a girl. Or…he wasn't sure why.
Jade glanced at the street signs, checking their location briefly. She didn't really need to, it was more of a habit she put on when she wasn't in costume. ”Turn right in five blocks.” she smirked, imitating a GPS. But she was much more accurate and understandable than they were.
Killian chuckled a little. "Mm. Alright." He replied with a smile, and did as she said to.
Jade smiled softly and continued to direct him to her apartment building, just letting herself enjoy the ride. Though she suspected she would have a mental ”aftershock” once she was alone. Spending all this time with Killian, she couldn't help some of the thoughts about all the ”what-if” scenarios about… them.
(Her roomie should grill her with questions about Killian. Just an idea.)
