'I don't think anyone really could forget you" Davie says, "You know, being so.." he eyes them with a slight raise of his eyebrows and bite of his lip before clearing his throat "Erm…vital" he fixes another drink, showing no signs of stopping, "Plenty of people want you around"
"Being so what?" Chris soothed dangerously, almost daring Davie to finish that sentence the way he actually wanted to. They pulled the mask down, revealing their slightly seductive smile. They leaned towards Davie's face, staring into his eyes intensely. "Go on, say what you originally wanted to say."
Shane was completely oblivious as to how Tam’s explanation was much better than his, and felt quite satisfied he has been able to reassure Chris about their position in the organization. He took a nice long gulp of his drink and let out a relaxed sigh. His emotionally stunted idiot ass completely missed the sexual subtext absolutely covering the room.
Davie narrows his eyes, not angry…but something else, he lightly traces his hand up the side of Chris's neck, "I'm not trying to scar everyone else in this room, I've more decency than some people" he says jokingly, throwing a glance at Tam, "I'll let you know in a sec, sweet cheeks"
Tam made an exaggerated gagging noise from his place on Chris' lap and squeezed their hand once before letting go. "Get a room you two, I'm the only one allowed to have potentially scarring public sex on this chair."
“Jesus Christ, you people are terrifying,” Shane said, shrinking back in his chair. “Why the hell are you all so obsessed with sex when drugs are the clearly preferable option?”
Davie laughs, "Fair point, friend, drugs can be quite nice, but expensive" he chuckles, "Sex is not"
"You WHAT????" Chris immediately jumped up, accidentally getting closer to Davie. "There is a thing called hygiene, Tam!!!!" They removed their long cloak, revealing the very revealing outfit they were wearing. But that wasn't the priority. "I'm going to have to burn this now." Chris sucked the air through their teeth with a frown.
“Depends on the kind of drugs and the kind of sex,’’ Shane points out. “Nothing is worth doing for free.” He pours himself another drink contentedly.
Davie nods, "I can go with you and help you burn it, while these two can bond" He says, clearing his throat and giving Chris a strong, heavily implying, look.
"Ah very, veery true" he drawls again
"I'd tend to agree with Shane here, except most drugs'll get you a lifetime of addiction and sex'll get you at least an orgasm if you run in the right circles." He turned to Chris with a grin. "And if you think the chair is bad you should probably avoid just about everything in the house. Bear liked bending me over every flat surface he could find."
(also, before anything else happens in the vein of mature stuff, where should we draw the line before we either; 1. stop or 2. go to pms?)
(right about here is good lol)
(alright, sounds good! don't want anyone getting uncomfy)
(I'm cool with whatever I guess)
(I'm cool with keeping at abt this level or lower)
(Anyway shall we try and get back on track now? XD)
(yesyes)
"wow, Tam, not how I wanted to be remembering the big guy, but.." He blinks, "Yeah, no, definitely not how I wanted to be remembering him today"
Tam snorted. "Better than remembering his corpse." He finished the last of his alcohol, passing the cup over to Davie. "Pour me another, won't you?"
“Yeah, thanks for putting that wonderful image in my head. Recounting your sexual exploits really just puts me in a lovely mood,” Shane snarks.
"ANYWAY!" A light flush appeared across Chris' cheeks as they turned their head away from Tam. Their eyes drifted over the entire room, Chris could practically see the unhygienic things that had happened there… "Can we get back on track please? We are here today to talk business, not pleasure."
Davie pours two more drinks, one for him,and another for Tam "Cheers?" he asks, handing the glass back to him
"Cheers." Tam lifted the glass in Davie's general direction and then drank half of it on the spot. "And… yeah, Chris's right. We need to talk business, who's going to be on the council?"
“Business sounds great. Please, let’s focus on business,” Shane pleads. He shuffles uncomfortably in his chair and fiddles with something in his suit pocket.
"Naturally, I should, as I am the one who talks to a majority of our customers," Davie says, throwing another drink back.
Chris took the bottle out of reach from everyone, and reluctantly sat back down by Tam as they started to drink from the bottle. "As I have said, I don't want to but I will. Even if it does mean I have to switch up my stuff a little, no that I had much going on anyway." They drained almost all of what was left in the bottle.
“I believe my having a seat on the Council would be beneficial as well. I’ll need as much high-level access as I can get to continue planning our various machinations,” Shane suggests. “I hope I don’t sound too presumptuous.”
"Greedy, greedy" Davie says, chuckling, "Taking the rest of the bottle…and me either really, customer interaction has come to a slow"
