Appearance: 5'5. Really short chin-length black hair. She cuts it herself. Dark brown, small eyes. Korean. Very athletic body. She has full lips, a slightly flat nose, and a slight gap between her two front teeth.
Personality Traits: Very reckless and impulsive. Easily excited if she's in the right mood. An adrenaline junkie. Speaks her mind and lets you know if she doesn't like you. Usually angry or just not present. She has a lot of energy and gets in a lot of fights. Zero impulse control.
Backstory/Why they were sent to the house: Sam's parents and older brother died in a car crash when she was 4. She was the only survivor but she didn't have any family. She's bounced from home to home for as long as she can remember because she's a "troubled kid" and would get into a lot of fights at school and at her homes. Her last home was in Oregon, but she was molested by the basketball coach and her foster parent. Her social worker wanted to get her as far from Oregon as possible, so she sent her here. Basketball was a little ruined for her but she decided to give it another try and its working so far.
Mental Illness: Generalized anxiety disorder, ADHD, PTSD. (Not a mental illness but she's also dyslexic)

Appearance: okay so he's Korean and 6’1. His face is kind of triangle is round (due to his korean genetics) yet because he's so skinny you can see his jawline very clearly. He has droopy sad looking eyes and usually has dark circles under his eyes. He has long black eyelashes with black and grey eyes and if he looks into any form light they'll run white and silver with specks of black in them. (super pretty) he has a freckle (beauty mark ig) on the bottom right corner of his right eye. A prominent scar on his right eyebrow, Which he covers up with his dark thick wavy hair. Its so dark that sometimes when he goes into the sun (which is rare) is almost looks like a dark blue. Hes quite pale and his facial expressions can come off as super mean. (he doesnt mean it, wait sometimes he totally does, okay most of the time XD) he seems more heavy than he is and thats only because he wears baggy things. Sweatshirts (that often say rude or semi vulgar things on them) and skinny jeans, and he usually just wears converse. Hes actually kind of muscular, more than you would think when you see him.

Personality Traits: He also suffers from schizophrenia and he sees thing like demons and corrupted spirits which sometimes posses him. He can get really overprotective and he can get mad easily but only if its for someone else's sake (unless you really make him mad) once you get to know him (if you're a nice person) he's super sweet and loving. Hence why he's overprotective. He can get super sarcastic and bossy wen he wants to be, but he's also super smart and witty. (like if he were in an escape room he’d get out in no time) straight A’s and although it seems like he's not paying attention he totally is. He has an extremely dark sense of humor and talks to himself so if you hear him saying threats or something dark just ignore that. HEhE. He's extremely paranoid about the smallest things. He always thinks of ways to kill/ or get out of every situation he's in. also every single person he meets. He finds out there weakness and finds a way to kill them or to weaken them just in case they betray or do him or his loved ones wrong. He's always prepared for the worst. He's not a pessimist he's just a major realist. It's very hard to be optimistic about things. People often get annoyed with him and leave him although he avoids people some people just force themselves onto him and he just accepts it. He doesn't fight for himself but for others he would die for. He doesn't accept people very easily and on that topic he is a little pessimistic. He always thinks they're going to either betray him or let him down. He's a sad boy with a lot of problems but he's nice i swear!
Backstory/Why they were sent to the house: he almost killed his abusive step father and all of his mental illnesses (thats why he got put in) He lived in korea with his mom and his little sister and his father, perfect little family yay, then his father went to war, lied to the family convincing them that he died (he had his friend tell them) and then later they found out that once he got back he started cheating on his mother. Soooo they moved to america where his mom had remarried to this drunkard dude that had alot of anger issues thus, severly abusing his family and killing his mom so he walked in, boom,almost stabbed the dude to death but got caught by the police. (yyaaaaay)

Appearance: Cleo is about average height, with a more pear shaped frame. She is not exactly thin, but she is far from chubby. Her features are soft, giving her an innocent look, with big brown eyes fringed with long dark lashes, a long straight nose, and rose pink pert lips. She has freckles across her nose and cheeks. She's Serbian so her skin tone is a nice tan (like she spends a lovely amount of time at the beach) and her hair is naturally blonde, wavy and extremely long. Most of her skin is covered in scars that she did herself, not with the intention of killing herself, but just because she likes how they look. She's made a few into some interesting designs. Both of her inner wrists are pierced as are her clavicles.
Personality Traits: Generally the life of the party, extroverted and always seems to be happy go lucky. One would almost think that she's not exactly real, because she is always perfectly perfect. But that can all turn on a dime when she gets into one of her moods. She can get very unhinged and very dark within a matter of seconds and become extremely volatile with extreme violent tendencies. Most of the time she is on meds for it though so she's pretty docile. Not exactly smart, but not exactly dumb either. She likes to coast in the middle.
Backstory/Why they were sent to the house: Cleo's parents were addicts and left her in an abandoned apartment building as a child. She was discovered by cops, chasing and smashing rats with rocks. She was put into care in a large foster home where she thrived and most everyone thought she was normal until she became a teenager and started having episodes of violence and terrible mood swings. At 15 she started a relationship with a 23 year old college student and was introduced to drugs that only made her mental disorders worse. She was arrested at 16 for underage drinking and public intoxication, from the jail she was sent to the house.

Name: Blake Winters

Appearance: Blake has fluffy light brown hair often seen tied behind a headband, especially when doing chemistry. He singed his eyebrows off a while ago and they're just now growing back in, so that's fun. He's pretty short at around 5'6ish. Blake's eyes are mismatched, one is a dull green and the other is brown. He has large glasses with bulky, tortoiseshell, frames and thick lenses.
Personality Traits: Blake is pretty quiet when at school, he's younger than most of his classmates so it's better to stay quiet then it is to speak up. When he's at home though, he's still quiet but it's more likely that you'll catch him in a rant about science.
Backstory/Why they were sent to the house: Blake showed signs of suicidal thoughts at around twelve, to which he was put in a psych ward and diagnosed with depression and anxiety the first time he was there. He'd been in and out of them till 14, then he was sent to the house as a long term placement about a year ago.
Mental Illness: Anxiety, Impulse Control Disorder, Suicidal Tendencies, Depression, Separation Anxiety, and he also has some very visible tics.

Appearance: Silas is fairly tall, roughly 6'2, and has an athletic build. His complexion is slightly tanned with neutral undertones, he has a he has a strong jawline and perfectly defined cheekbones. His eyes are a deep shade of green, with brown nearer to the pupil, and are a soft almond shape. When it comes the clothes Silas wears, it depends on which split he is switched with. Sometimes he will wear whatever is trendy, when he is switched with Gardenia he will wear smart casual clothes, on the rare occasion he switches with Shade he will wear all black clothes, and when he switches with Parisa he wears clothes that might be considered questionable for a male to wear.

Personality Traits: Since Silas has DID, his personality obviously changes quite frequently. However, Silas himself is a person who does whatever it takes to get on everyone's good side. He can be easily manipulated, but his other personalities try to protect him from that as they know it will only cause him harm. He can be a little naive, but his intentions are always the best.
He has three other personalities: Gardenia, Parisa, and Shade. Gardenia is like the mother of the system, she cares a lot and tries to protect everyone as much as possible and always make them feel loved. She believes it is her role to be the bravest in order to keep everyone safe. Parisa is the most energetic one of the group, who is also very kind. On the other hand, she is known to be quite lewd and promiscuous. Shade could be described as the violent hero. He is rather seclusive, so doesn't like to reveal much about himself. He can be very aggressive but tries not to be, just because he has a nack for hurting people doesn't mean he wants to do it all the time – he just finds it difficult to be nice. If he finds out that someone is weak, he will beat them down about it and make them feel crap about themselves, however he will stick up for the person because of their weakness (there's a word for it but I don't know what it is).

Backstory/Why they were sent to the house: From a young age, Silas had always received pressure from his family to always be the best. To be the guy that everyone liked. He had to do well in school, he had to always have an award-winning smile. Later down the line Silas realised that the life his parents wanted for him wasn't what he wanted for himself. However it was too late to try and change things. His popularity led to a few people becoming jealous of him, leading to bullying. The constant mental and physical pains and stresses of the bullying, along with the pressure from his family, led to the fragmentation of his mind. When he first switched with Shade, he didn't realise how violent he was, and almost ended up sending a few people to hospital. When the school counselor decided she wasn't the best person to try and help Silas, he was referred to someone outside of the school. When that didn't work out, he was sent to the home until further notice.

Appearance: Black hair that falls over his eyes and covers it so much that no one has ever seen his eyes, when his eyes do show, they show a cold stoney grey color that is contracted at all times, olive-colored skin, 5'9, he looks visibly slim and sometimes on rare occasions you can see the outline of his arm bones, no clothes are small enough to fit him so he stays in long-sleeve shirts that are usually striped on the sleeves.
Personality Traits: Introverted and keeps to himself most of the time, unpredictable in every way, always a pessimist and sees the bad side of any and every situation, obsessed with having something to do with his hands, leading him to create pranks and the compulsive side of him leading him to continue doing them, always makes dark jokes out of lots of things, sometimes even crude ones, once in a while he might even crack a smile but only when he does said prank that may cause minor injuries once in a while.
Backstory/Why they were sent to the house: As a young child, his parents had noticed some signs of some psychological illness but passed it off as him being a weird moody child, then once he turned 13 it got worse. He started doing things over and over, such as closing a door to make sure it makes the right clicking noise. Or counting the steps it takes him in a crack and going back if he steps on one or takes more steps. It then evolved to paranoia where he would always looks behind him, thinking someone was looking at him or following him even if he was just doing something simple as making a snack in his own home. Again, his parents passed it off as a weird child. Once he started pathologically lying even about simple things and showed no empathy once his baby sister died and embarrassed his family at her funeral, they snapped. They threw him in there and said he would stay in there until he was fixed while muttering they wish he could be more like his brother.

Appearance: 5'4, 101 lbs, sweet looking despite being thin and bony. Pale blue eyes, noble features, thin straight black hair down to mid-back, always wears her hair down. A patch at the top of her head with less hair. Enjoys wearing fitted clothes and lace up boots but never accessorizes. Scars all over both arms and one scar on her right thigh that says "worthless".
Personality Traits: Unstable, emotional. Scatter-brained and hyperactive. Private, quiet, avoids confrontation. Sensitive and empathetic. Observant. Considerate, very guilty. Introverted. Very dependent when her trust is gained, which takes a little time. Upon arriving believed that since she was in a place where people were like her, they'd be kinder; if her trust is gained she's easily manipulated. Tired of hating the world but has yet to be completely broken, has built the courage to revert to her sweet self.
Backstory/Why they were sent to the house: Biological father was out of the picture, mother died in child birth. Adopted when she was 3 by a family with a son older by a year. A great family, extremely close-knit, until the son died of a mysterious illness that none could diagnose. His mother killed herself when he died, and then Em's disorders kicked in (at this time she's 6). Started avoiding people and getting attached to them for fear of loss, started getting night terrors. Her first panic attack was at the age of 7 when she got a cough and thought she had the same illness as her late brother. Her father started neglecting her because the pressure of a mentally ill child was too much; started forgetting to feed her and never left the house, leaving her to find her way to and from everywhere. A few years, she's 11 and has started self-harming, only getting worse– her father's a drunk, an addict and has started beating her. One night she wakes up and he's on top of her, she screams him off, she stops going to school to try and get through to him. She manages one night of him being sober, and she uses it to talk to him about the illnesses she's got that are piling up. He realizes she's hypochondriac. Uses this against her to keep her from telling anyone their situation. One day she breaks and tells one of her friends who, against her will, tells one of their teachers. Her father finds out and beats her half to death, she tries to run away but she's too obvious about it, he finds out about that too and instead of hitting her, he decides to turn off their water, locks her in her room, gives her expired food, coughs at her and so on… Everything to make her sick. This goes on for a week and a half. One night she jumps out her window to escape, suffers very very bad injuries but manages to make it far away. She's then 13. Her social worker finds her a few days later and wants to put her back in system. She goes back into it, and isn't adopted. The other kids she's with start making fun of her, beating her up, taking advantage of her, triggering her on purpose. She escapes at 14, lives on the street for about a year until she's caught trying to steal something and is sent to the home.
Mental Illness: severe social anxiety, hypochondria, panic disorder, PTSD, not really a mental illness but has night terrors
