Lavinia from Titus Andronicus was a girl in ancient Rome (which the Capitol is based off) who had her tongue cut out during the play after being raped by Tamora's two sons Chiron and Demetrius, they cut her tongue and hands off so she couldn't tell anyone what happened to her. She then found a book with a character who had also been raped and had her tongue cut out and flipped through the pages with her arm stumps to signal that, and then picked up a stick using her teeth and arm stumps to scrawl CHIRON AND DEMETRIUS in the dirt. She's a total badass.
