Victor looked over at her and laughed weakly. “Life is a lonely thing isn’t it? I guess that’s the whole point, really, to be lonely so you seek out someone to spend your time with.”

Yesim nodded, glancing at Victor with a smile on her face. "And I think it's also to help you realize what to truly want in life, not what society wants."

He laughed, nodding gently. “That is also true. Hits home for me. Life had to bring me such a beautiful woman to get to know so I’d stop being so cold.” Victor laughed more and pecked her on the cheek.

Yesim blushed a bit at the compliment and blushed even more at the peck. "T-Thank you, and you aren't that cold, you know."

“Not to you I’m not.” He flashed a sly grin, turning to admire a few flowers. “I like you, Yesim. You’re not like the others.”

Yesim blushed a bit more. "I meant you're not that cold to others and thank you…?"

Victor let out a chuckle, shaking his head. “It was a compliment.” He reassured, smiling at her. “You’re welcome to think I’m not that cold but working with me you’ll soon learn, I am not exactly a warm person.”

"We'll see about that," Yesim replied, still staring out the window and watching the cars and people.

Victor nodded curtly, still smiling. He studied her, staring without meaning to. She was gorgeous from the way her face curved and dipped to the way her clothes laid in folds upon her shoulders. He imagined her for a moment as his model for photography; her lashes framed against a soft sky or a field of roses and flowers…

Or her hand in his… soft skin against his own rough and callused hand.

Yesim glanced at Victor and realized he was staring at her, making her smile and become a bit flustered. "Why were you staring at me?" She raised an eyebrow while asking the question with the smile still on her face.

The second he was caught he glanced away out of embarrassment. The slight flush in his face was just noticeable enough to be played off as a trick of the light. “Sorry, I got caught up thinking of how good of a model you’d be.” He cleared his throat and adjusted the collar of his shirt. “You’d make a good one, a model that is.”

"Oh, really?" Yesim asked, knowing the flush on his face wasn't the trick of the light as she walked over to him, a smirk evident on her face. "Is that why you were flustered at the cafe after I agreed to modeling?"

Victor became shy for the first time since he had been with her, ducking his head sheepishly. “Partially…” he murmured, clasping his hands nervously.

"Partially?" Yesim wondered. "What's the rest?" She asked, the smirk growing as she realized she had flustered Victor. Cute.

He hesitated, letting his eyes wander before lifting them to her. “You’re the rest.” He said simply, flushing more at the smirk on her face.

Yesim's face naturally flushed a bit. "Thank you, I'm glad I was the rest of the reason." She honestly didn't know where all this confidence was coming from, but she didn't particularly mind. It's been a while since she's felt like this.

Victor nodded subtly. He offered his hand, a shy smile gracing his features. “You’re just everything perfect…”

Yesim's face burned a bit more. "Thank you, and you're also perfect." She gladly took her hand, not sure what his intentions were.

Victor gave her hand a soft squeeze before he pulled her into a light, slightly awkward, hug. He wasn't too good with emotions but he knew he was thankful for her. Life hadn't been this amazing for him since the day of the incident that gave him the scar across his neck and chest.

Yesim was surprised at the hug, but hugged back, a smile appearing on her face when she realized that he was trying. She quickly hugged him tightly, resting her head on his shoulder. "Any reason for the random hug?"

Victor grumbled something, a smile lighting up his face. “I haven’t had a hug since I was little…” was all he said in reply, burying his face in her hair. “I… uh… I’m not sure what really to do or how to act…”

Yesim nodded in reply, her grip tightening just a bit. "It's fine, you can do whatever you want. I won't judge or anything." She mumbled. "Sound good?"

He nodded ever so slightly, pressing his face against her soft hair and breathing her in. She smelled so good it was hard to believe she was a really being.

After another moment passed he released the pretty female and shifted nervously. “Thank you:..”

"You're welcome," Yesim replied after he let go of her, smiling at him. She awkwardly looked around the room as she ran a hand through her hair. "What now?"

He shifted nervously, biting his lip. “Shall we… uhm…” he cleared his throat. “Shall we continue the tour?”

Yesim quickly nodded, a small smile on her face. "That–um–sounds good." She looked around the room awkwardly, she's always been bad at stuff like this.

It was obvious that he too was bad at this kind of thing. He felt awkward as he offered his arm once more, laughing nervously.

Yesim took his arm with a chuckle, trying to look confident.

He gently led her from the room, laughing gently. “I’m a little awkward at this whole thing. I apologize if you feel uncomfortable.” Victor dipped his head in an apology but continued to the elevators. “The rest of this floor is offices like my own. Nothing to interesting.”

Yesim nodded in understanding, a smile on her face. "I think anyone would be awkward with this, and it's fine." She looked around the floor, looking at all the other offices. "If there's nothing interesting here, why don't you take me somewhere interesting?"
