She shrugged, rolling her eyes, "So? You still need to recover. Is that such a big problem?"
She shrugged, rolling her eyes, "So? You still need to recover. Is that such a big problem?"
He groaned. "You need medical attention."
"I'll live without it for a couple more minutes." She replied.
"You bleeding on my fucking couch," he grumbled, but there was no fight in his voice anymore.
It was obvious he was physically drained. You couldn't really blame him, either. Even though she was light, he walked a good 2 or 3 miles carrying her, and then down a latter about 100 feet into the ground. The guy deserved the rest.
(I'mma try to revive this for a second time)
“If you just wanted a hug from a beautiful woman you could have just asked."
"If you find one for me, then I will. Now shush."

“Way to point out the obvious.” Eve muttered, closing her eyes.
"That's a weird way to say 'thank you again for saving my life after I was a dickhead.' Is it French?" he asked sarcastically.
“No it’s Norwegian.” She replied.
He sat up with a groan, turning his back to her. His scar was on full display, a jagged purple lightning bolt that went from the middle of his skull all the way down past his neckline. "Language of bullshit, I assume?"
“Correctamondo,” Eve sighed and rubbed at her face, “Look, I’m sorry, thanks for saving me and all that…”
He waved it off. "I'm just being a dick. It's the adrenaline wearing off."
"Yeah, well, I'm being a bitch myself so we're both in the wrong…"
"Well," he looked over his shoulder. "I heard once that two wrongs make a right. Truce?"
Eve nodded once, “Yeah, truce.”
"It's been a good 4 months since I've seen another person," he admitted, rubbing his eyes and yawning.
“Really?” She raised a brow, “I can’t remember how long I was on that ship for…”
"Had to have been at least a year, if you never met one of those aliens,' he said. "That's when they first started popping up."
“I guess so, feels way longer then a year,” She sighed, “I guess that’s what happens when you’re by yourself for so long…”
"It's better than keeping aliens company, trust me," he said with a yawn.
“I bet…” She mumbled, shifting on the couch and wincing in pain, “Why did they even come to earth in the first place.”
"I don't know." he got to his feet and stretched. "Never asked them."
“Probably best not to ask if you don’t want to get killed.” She smirked slightly, running a hand through her hair.
