“Well that doesn’t sound fun at all” he said, sitting down next to him on the floor.

“Yeah, it’s not.” He muttered, resting his head on Caleb’s shoulder, “My limbs feel like lead.”

“Guess I’ll just have to carry you around then” he said with a small smile.

"Wh-What?" He blushed, "You don't have to do that."

“Well if you can’t walk then I really have no other option” he smiled.

"I never said I couldn't walk…" He muttered.

“Welp how about I carry you anyway”

"I mean… I get to be in your arms so I'm not gonna protest further…"

“Exactly” He chuckled softly.

He giggled quietly, smiling a little.

Caleb smiled, leaning over he lightly kissed Kyle’s cheek.

He blushed and returned the kiss with one of his own.

“Ahhhhh you’re so damn adorable hooooooooow”

He rolls his eyes and nudged him a little, “Shuddup.”

“Nope, I won’t. You’re too adorable, I just have to tell you so” He cracked a smile

Kyle blushed deeper, “No you don’t. You can keep quiet about it…”

He gasped “I don’t think it’s physically possible for me to do that”

He nudged him again, “Sure sure.”

“I’m being serious baaaaaaaabe” he whined

Kyle giggled, "I know, and I'm just joking."

“You better be” He joked with a smile

He sighed, resting his head on Caleb's shoulder.

Caleb wrapped an arm around his shoulder.

He snuggled into him a little, happy to be in his embrace again.

His smile widened. They were safe for now, sure he didn’t know for how long, but he’d enjoy this for as long as he could.

Kyle could feel his eyes slipping closed, a product of a terrible nights sleep. Though he tried to force them open, they didn't want to cooperate.

“It’s okay babe, get some rest.” He said softly. He could tell that Kyle hadn’t slept well.

"But I'm not…" He yawned, "Tired…" He mumbled.

He chuckled softly “Sure you aren’t babe. Sleeeeeeep”
