He chuckled before slowly pulling his hand away. “Hmm now should I end your suffering, that is the question”
He chuckled before slowly pulling his hand away. “Hmm now should I end your suffering, that is the question”
He nodded a little, “P-Please.”
“Fine…I like it when you beg.” He grinned before leaning in and beginning to kiss him.
He kissed back, resting his hands on Caleb’s chest.
Caleb pushed him on to the couch, pinning his wrists down.
(Pm?)
((Sure thing))
((Reet here we are again))
Caleb slept peacefully, at least for a few hours. Not enough to wake him from his sleep, not yet at least. But he did start to stir, his breathing picking up. Whatever he was dreaming about, it wasn’t good.
(Ya yeet)
Kyle had been in and out of a deep sleep, and was currently not in as deep a sleep as he would have liked. When Caleb's breathing picked up, he stirred, shifting slightly and then waking himself up. He rubbed at his eyes and pouted a little at Caleb, hoping he was okay.
He whined quietly in his sleep, brow furrowing. While it may not be super obvious, he was in internal panic mode. Some part in the back of his mind reminded him that this was just a dream. Yet all he could feel was his lungs closing up, clogging with toxins. He could just barely hear the girl next to him as she whispered “we’re gonna die in here aren’t we?” Of course none of this was real, but to Caleb it felt like it.
Kyle sat up, worrying lining his features, "C-Caleb?" He shook him a little, "Daddy? C-Caleb wake up," He shook him a little harder, biting his lip, "Please, it's just a dream."
Distantly he heard Kyle, but seemed unable to shake himself out of it. His breathing grew more erratic, and he felt the walls closing in around him, squeezing him until there was no air left in his broken and weakened body. Only then, when he died, did he wake up, his eyes wide with fear.
Kyle gently pushed some of Caleb's hair out his face, resting his hand on his cheek, "C-Caleb? Are you okay? I-It's over now, you're fine…" He said gently, leaning down to kiss his nose.
He was completely panicked. Unable to put words together, he focused on trying to get his breathing back to normal. Focusing on that helped him ignore how badly his hands were shaking.
Kyle kept speaking words of comfort for Caleb, gently taking his hands in his own and giving them a small squeeze, "I'm right here, you're okay…"
After awhile, with Kyle’s help, he managed to calm down. Eddie was completely absent from his mind, this is usually what she usually did when this happened. After all, she didn’t like reliving their deaths anymore then he did.
Kyle snuggled into Caleb, gently drawing circles on his stomach. He didn't ask what the nightmare was about, not wanting him to relieve whatever it was.
“Thank you” He said quietly. “I-I’m sorry….”
"Wh-What for? You don't have to be sorry.."
“I-I didn’t want you to see me…like this.” he was still trying his best to keep it together.
Kyle sat up a little, “Caleb, you don’t have to be the strong one all the time. You’re allowed to cry, it makes you human,”
“I-I…” he trailed off, wrapping his arms around Kyle.
Kyle wrapped his arms around his neck, “I’m here… you’re okay…”
Caleb just clung to him tightly, burying his face in the crook of Kyle’s neck.
Kyle held him, running a hand through Caleb’s hair softly.
Caleb slowly began to calm down. He just stayed cuddled up to Kyle.
Kyle would gladly cuddle him so he didn’t complain.
After awhile his eyes began to slide shut again, his breathing relaxing.
He smiled softly at that, letting his own eyes close.
He slowly fell back asleep, Sure he still tossed and turned a bit, but he stayed asleep.
