Oliver stood up and shook her hand. "I'm Oliver," he introduced. He gestured to Riley. "That's Riley,"

“Nice to meet you two,” she said.

“Wow. The pine cones here are pretty.” Jayden said to himself, looking up at all the pinecones on the tree.

Focus Wendi, you want to go to the Hades cabin, she was having a bad enough day, and didn't have the energy to walk back there. She felt the shadows crawl up her skin as she disappeared to reappear where a couple campers were hiding out by the arena. Shoot.

Riley may or may not have screamed when a second person appeared in front of her. Te be fair it was the second in less than 10 minutes. "Who are you?" she asked.

“Uh, I’m Wendi,” she took a deep breath. She flinched as she finished, “Daughter of Hades.”

"Well, hey Wendi," Riley answered. "I'm Riley. And sorry for screaming at you, I just got a little freaked."

Cira slung her bow back over her shoulder, her arms sore from drawing it back. She sat at the edge of the arena, observing everyone else.

"Okay, you aren't freaked out that I'm a daughter of Hades?" She looked at Riley quizzically.

"I don't think our cabins need to define us." Riley answered, determinedly.

"Kid, I don't think our cabins define any of us," Cira butted in, kind of joking.

"Tell that to the rest of the people at camp," Riley muttered.

"Oh, sorry I'm kind of new here," Wendi replied, she looked at the new girl, "And you are?"

"Cira," she responded, "But go on, just try to guess my godly parent. I bet you can't."

"Fine." Riley said. "But don't get offended if I get it wrong."
She thought for a while, before throwing out a random guess. "You were pretty good with that bow, so Apollo?" She was pretty sure that wasn't it, but oh well.

"I don't know half the gods here," Wendi sighed, "this is all still really new to me. So no I can't guess."

Tessa finally got back to the teens she had left, hearing their conversation a little bit. "Alright I'm back. Sorry, sheesh. Sometimes Aphrodite kids always get so riled up when you don't do what they want." She sat back down beside Riley.

"Who are you?" Wendi asked the new girl who had just walked up.

"Oh, I'm Tessa. I'm………..Aphrodite kid…………." She said, trailing off a little.

"Aphrodite?" Wendi thought for a second, "Is that the goddess of flowers?"

"Uh… no." Riley said, wondering if this girl was knew. "Aphrodite's the goddess of love and beauty. Demeter is the goddess of plants, including flowers I spose. But pretty close…"

"Dam it," Wendi looked down, "I thought I was getting better at this."
(By the way this is so painful for me, but at the same time hilarious.)

Tessa sighed. "Being an Aphrodite kid kind of sucks. Especially because I don't really like 'fashion' if you can call what the Aphrodite kids consider it as…….and I hate pink. And dressing up. And basically evrything that they try to force me to do."

"That was pretty good," Riley said. "It took me ages to get all the gods and goddesses straight."
"I feel your pain," she added to Tessa.

"Really?" Wendi looked over at Riley, "Also Tessa that sucks."

"Welcome to my world…" Riley muttered.
