Kasey scooted into Barry's chest and got the rest of her things settled. "Hm… You're warm," she hummed contentedly.
Barry pressed kissed to her forehead, her temples, her cheeks. "I love you.."
"I love you, too, babe," Kasey said, giggling slightly at the kisses. She curled up and wrapped her arms around him. "This was a good idea."
"I agree, one hundred percent," he replied, nudging her repeatedly with her nose in an attempt to draw more giggles out of her.
“What are you trying to accomplish?” Kasey asked, another giggle escaping her lips, though she was trying to keep them in.
"Your laugh," he mumbled, too occupied with pressing fluttery kisses to the side of Kasey's head to enunciate properly. "I like your laugh. I want to hear it."
“Oh,” Kasey said, finally letting her laughter spill out. If that was what he wanted, she wasn’t to going to hold it from him.
A huge grin formed on Barry's face, the kisses stalling for a moment as Kasey's laughter hung in the air around him. "You have a beautiful laugh," he murmured, breath tickling her ear.
Kasey blushed and buried her face in his neck. "Oh, stop…"
"Not a chance." He continued to kiss and nudge her, drawing out giggle after giggle until they were both flushed and grinning.
"Okay, okay! I think that's enough for now," Kasey gasped, her laughter still making her voice light.
"Fiine." Barry pouted, resting his head on her shoulder and tilting it to give her puppy eyes.
Kasey chuckled and leaned down to kiss him softly. “You’re rather ridiculous sometimes, you know that?”
"Mm, but you love me anyways," he teased, kissing her back.
“Yeah, I do,” Kasey chuckled, nuzzling his cheek.
"Good," he murmured, holding her close.
(sure)
Kasey groaned as the light filtered through the walls of the tent. She buried her face in Barry’s chest, glad for the warmth he provided. The blankets were all bundled up at their feet, which was different. Usually, they ended up beside her.
Barry blinked his eyes open, letting loose a tiny yawn. He tightened his hold on Kasey, inhaling her familiar scent. "Gmorning, love.." he murmured sleepily, trying to warm her up.
“It’s cold,” Kasey muttered, unwilling to wake up. “Why?”
Barry chuckled, using his feet to tug the blanket back up over them both. "Because we're in a tent, and the blanket slipped down."
“Mm… ‘Kay. I suppose we’ll have to get up, right?” Kasey sighed, finally opening her eyes.
"Mph, fine," he groaned, propping himself up on his elbow.
Kasey pouted at him as he moved, taking his warmth with him. "I didn't mean now… What about conserving heat?"
(Poured?)
Perfectly content to stay where he was, Barry sank back down beside her, moving them both into a spooning position. “Right. Warmth.”
(Pouted, sorry. I fixed it.)
“Much better,” Kasey murmured, scoring closer to him. Her half-asleep self was very thankful for the return of his heat.
(Oh lol
Np)
“How’d you sleep?” he mumbled into her hair, stifling another yawn.
Kasey didn’t stifle her yawn and did so widely. “Mm… Good. Surprisingly… You?”
“Same..” He pressed a kiss to her shoulder.
