Rowan blushed slightly at his reply, leaning into Harrows hand a bit. “It’s okay, my parents threaten me with arranged marriage a lot, I understand.” He laughed quietly, taking his hand and kissing it gently.

His hand tingled lightly at the sensation "ever consider actually just going along with it just to get it out of the way?" He asked softly

“Marrying someone I don’t love?” Rowan asked, tilting his head a little as he gazed over at Harrow.

He knew it sounded dumb but harrow nodded "yeah, just to stop the disapproving looks and disapointed whispers said behind your back?"

“Of course not. I’d rather get disowned than marry some dick like Zander.” Rowan replied, rubbing small circles with his thumb into Harrows palm.

He glanced down at the floor and nodded "yeah…maybe." he sighed softly and rubbed his thumb along Rowan's hand

Rowan pulled him close and wrapped his arms around him, stroking his hair gently. “It’s okay..you don’t have to marry him if you don’t want to. We’ll figure something out.”

Harrow melted into Rowan's arms, burrying his face into his chest "if he finds out you're getting between the marriage….hell hurt you. I've heard things about him Rowan, he won't let you go without some consequence."

“I won’t let him keep you away from me. You aren’t his property. He doesn’t own you. And he won’t hurt me.” Rowan reassured, slightly worried about their situation himself.

He sighed softly "I wouldn't forgive myself if anything happened to you." He muttered softly, nuzzling into his chest

“Nothing is going to happen to me..” Rowan told him, trying to believe that as he ran his fingers gently through Harrows hair.

He nodded, leaning into his touch "you promise?"

“I promise.” Rowan pulled away a bit and checked the time. “I’m supposed to go look at apartments today.” He sighed.

He glanced up at him "really? Around where?" He asked with a tilt of his head

“Far enough away from my family, but I still want to be able to walk to work so it’s kind of hard to find somewhere. There are a couple places I found but I don’t know yet.” He shrugged, picking a dandelion and tucking it behind Harrows ear with a smile.

He smiled softly and nodded "want me to come with? I can offer criticism," she tilted his head

“Of course I do.” Rowan grinned, kissing his cheek. “Why would I pass up the chance to spend time with an amazing guy?”

He laughed and kissed him softly "yay, when are you supposed to go?"

“Im supposed to be there in ten minutes.” Rowan said, leaning into the kiss slightly.

"what street?" Harrow asked, staying close enough so their lips brushed together as he spoke

“4th I think.” Rowan whispered, giving Harrow soft kisses between his words.

He smiled and have him one last kiss before standing "then we should go now, it'll take us 10 minutes just to get there."

Rowan stood as well and loosely took Harrows hand as they started to walk. “Once I move in somewhere, you have to come see me everyday.”

He laughed and nodded "definatly, will you still work at the cafe?" He asked, swinging their arms as they walked

“Probably for now, but it’s not permanent or anything.” Rowan replied, smiling over at him. “I always thought I would go back home for college..but I like it here.”

"ah so you're not from here." He said with a nod "so where then?"

“Whales. Well, Cardiff. Then briefly in south London with my aunt. And then my family and I moved here when I was fifteen.” Rowan told him.

He nodded "so you've been traveling quite a bit." He smiled turned a corner

“I guess, though I’ve lived here for a long time. I kind of miss London though, it’d be nice to go back.” He said, sighing. “How about you? Ever lived anywhere else?”

He smiled softly at the others nostalgia and nodded "we've been here and there. At one point mom wanted to go to Paris so we moved there for a few years. Then we moved back here."
