Aspen woke up and grabbed her head, not knowing how she blacked out and felt weird since it never happened to her before. "So, who is it?" She asked the guy, seeing that there were people around her.

Klove hesitantly took the hand of the girl who had jumped down from the tree, politely thanking her before turning her attention to Simieal. "Would you mind explaining exactly who has imprisoned you, and why?" Surely she couldn't be the only one wondering those things, right? Although, the girl who had helped her seemed to be more acquainted with the man, perhaps she knew.

"In my desperate folly, I'm afraid I made a deal with a demon lord. I didn't know at the time…" He paused, expression growing more somber by the second. "But it was too late. Listen, two days that way, you'll see a small stronghold, mostly walls, a watchtower, and a few buildings. It doesn't look that impressive, because it's hiding something."
Suddenly something seemed off, as a bleak, smoky fog of grim uneasiness, enough to knot the stomachs of war-hardened adventurers, befell the place, tainting the wild purity of the grove.

"You're uneasy, and the rest of you are either confused or scared. So this is going to be fun! I'm Jade by the way!" She walked backwards, distancing herself a little from the group. "Two days? Do you know what they are hiding?" She looked off in the direction Simieal was pointing.

"An underground network of tunnels, some are part of the vast dungeon near the South gate, some recently dug by my captors."
And then it happened.
The air was alive with hidden presences, howling, hissing, croaking, squawking, jabbering, some roared.
Words could be heard in it, not of the common tongue
There was an ear-piercing screech, as something sent claw-marks down Simiaels shield.
