Kilándrè: nudges Axion with her boot

Axion jumps a bit then glares at Kilándrè.
“What was that for?”

Ulam: Takes a few steps back, putting distance between him and the portal, continuing to growl softly under his breath, watching the area intently

Rotharre: Simply follows him, continuing to calm him

Oridone stands silently confused as to what is going on. Though she seems to be getting increasingly nervous about something.

Axion carefully lowers herself to a sitting position. Extremely nervous.

Oridone: Okay. Why is everyone nervous? I was already nervous and now I'm getting nervous about being nervous!

Ulam: Quiets down, but form still remains tense

Rotharre: Would it be better if I got Ulam to change to his human form?

Oridone: Glances towards the dragons before looking towards Axion with some concern Maybe? I'm not sure if Axion is freaking out about the portal or Ulam.

Axion looks at Oridone.
“Ah neither of them, more or less my body is just psyching itself out and its terrifying me.”

Dix'ko: Author.. as in, one who writes stories? tilted head in confusion at that

Oridone: Huh. I was getting nervous because my magic is freaking out on me a bit, probably because I'm not in my world. Then you got nervous and I got even more nervous. Nervous laugh Ugh, I said I was going to stop laughing when I'm worried. How exactly is it psyching itself out anyways?

Axion shakes her head while her body starts shaking more violently.
“Want the long explanation or the short one?”

Oridone jumps having forgotten about mentioning the author
Oridone: Uh, yeah I guess. The person said they messed with timelines a lot and this was an author timeline or something. Looks back to Axion I think I have time for either.

Axion grabs her side and violently squeezes it as she shakes more and more violently.
“Well, I am fucked in the head. Voices and shit, my mind is very uhhh. What’s the word. Weak? Well anyway my body then thinks it’s on fire or some shit and I get scared and everything just gets really bad. I don’t understand it.”
She says all this as she attempts to grit her teeth as she is currently in a lot of pain.

Oridone: Pauses before shuffling closer, awkwardly sitting and giving Axion a side hug with a concerned expression I'm sorry I should have known. I sort of have that with nightmares. I don't get them often, but when I do its hard to snap me out of it. I may have freaked out on friends once or twice, since nightmare give me a hard time separating reality from what's fake. Uh, let me know if I can help somehow…?

Axion goes to wave her hand dismissively but slowly starts losing consciousness from pain.
“Ahhhhhh fuck fuck fuck FUCK THAT HURTS!”
She falls on her back and starts gripping her sides firmly.

Oridone: Starts looking panicked, not bothering with the fact her shadow has shifted again Uh, um, I- I can try some magic my friend showed me if you think it'll work? I don't know how well it would work for pain though!

Axion passes out from pain. Completely going limp.

Oridone: Looks like shes about to lose it from nerves What am I supposed to do? GUYS! WHAT DO I DO AXION IS PASSED OUT! I've dealt with stuff like this before, SO WHY DON'T I KNOW WHAT TO DO! Obviously in full panic mode. Looking to the others for help, completely ignoring the fact her shadow is freaking out as it shifts between her own and a fox

Rotharre: Starts to grow rigid

Ulam: Starts to grow agitated again, hearing panic tones. The massive wyvern's form starts to tremble, a rumble coming from him

Rotharre: Senses Ulam's change, reaching under his jaw, scratching it

Ulam: Seems to almost instantly pass out from the scratch, collapsing to the ground

Rotharre: Having taken care of that, glances over to Oridone. Having sharp eyes and sensing the energies, notices the strange shadow of the other, but says not a word, instead speaking in a quiet, calm voice
I suggest calming yourself first. You will be unable to do anything if you are in a panic
Think, and recollect yourself

Oridone: Calms a bit, but still freaking out has she takes shaky breaths I-I can't. MY MAGIC IS FREAKING OUT AND I CAN'T HELP AXION, WHAT DO I DO? I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do! How do I calm down? I've been in worse situations, what makes this different!?

Rotharre: Calmly walks over to Oridone. Very lightly rests a hand on the other's shoulder, so not try and alarm her
Hey, sometimes magic is kinda hard to control. I don't really understand what kind you are wielding…I'd say some kind of shadow at first, but also got something to do with that fox shadow

Other than shadow, could be like our kitsunes. Though not sure if their shadows do that
I don't really know a lot about them, only heard a few things from passing Dragon Lords and Ladies

I know I'm not much, but hey, if I can keep Ulam calm and behaved for the most part, suppose I can do somethings

Oridone: Looks between Axion and Rotharre before starting to calm down. She curls her tail around herself as she rests her chin on her knees, shaking lightly. I shouldn't have panicked, we should be helping Axion. I-I've just been using magic less the longer I stay here, and that's not really good for me… I mentioned having illusion magic, and coming here I haven't used it much which leaves a lot of unused magic. Plus, I- Oridone goes quiet as she stares at her shadow, wrapping her arms around herself as she talks softly What would you guys think of me if I was a kitsune?

Kilándrè: thoughtfully Kitsune…Shifters who crossed the Rift into Relth…

Rotharre: Shrugs
Honestly, as I mentioned, I don't know a lot about them
I've only heard from passing Dragon Lords and Ladies who come from the region they are located
As far as I know and have heard, they're usually peaceful creatures. Tend to use trickery more so than downright combat, though they aren't afraid to get their claws dirty should they need to

I see nothing wrong if you are a kitsune
I have no quarrel less I am threatened or Ulam is threatened
Takes a moment to glance over, seeing Ulam is still sound asleep
