Absolutely take your time with this since I can tell you're already gettin tons of requests, but maybe you could also include my bois Yuki and Kaiholo ? ;0
Both of these bois have pictures but I can also help with descriptions
OBviously we're not gonna find anyone with Yuki's skin color bUT facial structure-wise he's got a very sharp jaw, semi-obvious cheekbones, and a sharp nose. His head shape is either oval or something more tall than wide, and he's one of those tall and skinny kinda characters.
For Kaiholo, he's Hawaiian. He's got long hair and kind of a soft face, though the shape is more curvy in a way, often times it's hard to tell with his blindfold covering the top half of his face. He has a bit of a bigger nose and a round chin. Body wise,,,i guess,,don't really worry abt that LOL

When casting people to characters, you don't usually have to worry about hair or eyes, as hair can be grown, cut, dyed or extended before a project. Eyes, as mentioned in your description, can have contact lenses or simply special effects.

I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to do all those characters, but I'll be happy to settle with one of them. That one being Oakannah.
From what I've read, she's curvy, red hair, bangs, and quite tall. There's not inclination of age anyway so I'll assume she's in the 20s age range.

So, Sora! Very interesting character.
For some reason, when I was reading her description, the first actress to pop into my head was:
Amandla Stenberg: (Played Rue in the Hunger Games). Aged 22
I won't supply many images for her as she is easily accessible through google etc.
The Second Actress was (of course) Zendaya, aged 24
Once again, I won't link images as she's easily viewable and, also, very versatile with her hair.
Thirdly:
Raven Lyn, aged 23, An American Model
Lastly:
Zahara Davis, aged 20, American Model

At first glance, I can see you've got some really diverse and fascinating characters! I would love to do them all justice. It's fair to say when casting characters, it is very important to me that I try and get someone who is from the same country/nationality or beliefs as the character. It makes it more authentic and really tries to be as inclusive as possible.
