Deepvein is a hamlet located on the south-eastern edge of Whitehaven Peaks. approximately 80 people live here; mostly elf, some other civilized races. Deepvein is governed by a mayor, a female elf named Dealbha. A notable place is The Shrine of Yemyan. A stone niche enshrining the holy symbol of Yemyan, God of Animals, surrounded by a neglected garden.

Deepvein was founded with the idea of expanding mining in the Whitehaven Peaks, but no metals were ever discovered in that region, causing the town to dry up into a small hamlet.
