Goldenspire

Goldenspire is the capital of the world, located on the edge of Turtle Cove in The Golden Pastures
it is home to some of the largest shops and trading centers in Acherion. Approximately 43,000 call this place home; with no definite majority race. It is governed by a noble aristocrat, the human lord Ziri, though a senate of elected representatives is the real power behind the throne. Some notable places include: Kari's Smithy. The workshop of a male dwarf blacksmith named Kari, known for his collection of magical hammers. Frinan's Masonry. A neglected stonemason's workshop, said to be guarded by living gargoyles. And The Dragon Stables. The original stalls of this huge stone-walled building were each large enough to hold a young dragon. They have been divided by wooden frames into horse stalls, which are hired out to merchants, pilgrims, and other travellers.

While Goldenspire is seen as the Golden City of the world due to its richness; politics in the city are harsh, with many rich nobility trying to get an upper hand and a place on the senate.
