The user can create and manipulate ice from any form of liquid by using their hands. Whenever it is being used, the user's eyes glow faintly.

The user can create ice, snow or slush from any liquid, including water, drinks, or even blood.

Can glide quickly along ice

Can fight with ice shards, icicles and ice spikes, Can block with ice walls

Can freeze blood from inside a body, killing the being fairly quickly

Skill level, Hard to fight with Fire Magic and Earth Magic if they are using rock or metal,
