The user can shape and manipulate air/air-like elements (smoke, steam, & gas/smog) from their hands and/or mouth. Whenever it is being used, the user's eyes glow faintly.

The user manipulates air around them to use for different reasons. It's mostly clear but has the color of the user's eyes.

Can control the air in a way that increases their ability to move and/or maneuver
