Council Meeting Hall

Building

A large, ornate building used for the meetings between council members. It includes smaller rooms for private discussion between individuals or small groups, a room for High Council discussion, a large meeting hall for meetings of the whole council, and living quarters for each member, reflective of their respective magical specialty.

Founded by the High Council as a primary meeting place. Later expanded for the inclusion of members accepted into the Lower Council.
