Tel Kweja

A near missable outpost in the plateau region of Vacuo, where the desert meets the northern forest. Typically consists of a mixture of outlaws looking to get out of whatever kingdom they fled from, nomadic families that stay for a few weeks and move on, and nomadʼs who prefer the semi sedentary life.
