New Oasis: Built out of a Cruiseship that beached on one of the Miami beaches. The City is well defended due to the hull being strong and only 2 ways in a Bridge and a Hole on the bottom both guarded 24/7. The leaders of the city hope to one day have the ship sailing again but for now its the best settlement on the Northcoast wasteland. The Cubans haven't attacked the settlement ever which has caused some to think they are allied with or buy from the cubans

Bayside: Bayside is a Prewar Marina and Open air market. After survivors of the War got together (the not so rich people who made Oasis) after a wall was created it became easily defendable due to only 2 ways in. But issues have arisen recently when the Cuban faction claimed the location and wanted it for themselves. Casualties have been high for each side. And thats gotten higher when the Cubans started reusing fixed flat backed tow trucks as siege towers. This has caused the NAR to get involved which since the squad assigned to protect the settlement was put on guard. Theres been more causalities for the Republica cubana then ever but has caused some Traders to avoid the settlement.

Village of Freedom: The Republica cubana's Primary settlement in Miami. Its made around and in the Freedom tower its primarily housing well cubans. With only a few non-Cubans. After the NAR proclaimed them as enemy its ended up in fear going around the village due to the NARs tactics are known to cause heavy damage.
