Chieftain's House & Speaker's Square

Space is a luxury that few can afford in Menagerie, and those that can are encouraged that it still have a function. Hopefully for public use. The Chieftain's House is one such example. It houses not only the Chieftain and his or her family, but meetings between the Council, and audiences with those that secure it.

Likewise, Speaker's Square is an open courtyard that stretches around the house. It is used for issuing decrees, running community discussions and judicial trials, and hosting a variety of festivities.

The Chieftain's House is large, roughly 8,000 square ft., and is a single story that sits on elevated ground. Speaker's Square surrounds it completely, and covers several hundred feet of flat, paved ground with some lamp posts scattered throughout as light sources.
