This wrist cuff allows the wearer to transform into anything for a week. It requires a couple of days to cooldown and will not work if one tries to use it during cooldown. The wrist cuff also grants abilities (ex: an IceWing transforms into a RainWing and has magical death spit.) and can not be destroyed in any way.
