It is a magical battle axe enchanted with inscription that reads: "
ANGELI DI PIETRA MISTICA
LADRI D'ANIME FIERI VOLANO"
or, "FLY, MYSTICAL ANGELS OF STONE, PROUD THIEVES OF SOULS!"
It was crafted to be far heavier than most weapons and only usable by someone who utters the secret password. However, the wielder can use it with ease. It also hits with far more impact. It also gives minor buffs to most stats in battle. However, the weapon was infused with a created mind that bonds to the user. If the user's will falters, the weapon will drive the user mad.

It also has an inscription that reads, "Property of Frederick Fitzgerald. DO NOT TOUCH! FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!"
Akron is the main villain in Rhapsody's early albums, and the inscription is taken from the song, "Gargoyles, Angels of Darkness" by the same band.
