Opalescent Lock

The opalescent key's missing half. Much like the key, it too seems to hum at random intervals. It's a delicate hum, slightly more octave than the key. Once again, it too is often missed by the common folk. It's often used on a keychain or a bracelet, and it too is reminiscent of a trinket than a functioning lock. Unlike its counterpart, it thrives on the heartbroken and the depressed. It shines brighter on the emptiness and negativity of an individual.

The lock and key are bound. Often preying on those who have an established bond whether they know or not.
