Martin-Prismer

Uses a specialized prism to scatter the beam produced in all directions, and features a revolving modulator system similar to Pa-231 automodulating laser "Pa-231 laser revolver" Pa-233 automodulating laser XL "Pa-233 laser carbine". It boasts higher power laser emitters and slightly longer battery life, but has limited customizability, and using the scatter function decreases the power of the laser significantly.

While the weapon was planned to replace Martin-Prismer's L37 in standard use, it's fragility and expense made it far to difficult to produce, and made standard troops dislike it. By the Usurper War, only higher ranking officers used this weapon. However, there was still a substantial backlog found in captured Martin-Prismer factories and warehouses.
