The Patrol

Group dedicated to eradicating people with powers

The Patrol was first formed to completely eradicate Toltova of people with powers. In their early years they were employed by the King of Toltova and worked closely alongside him. They viewed people with powers as unnatural and dangerous which was why they wanted to get rid of them.

The Patrol got shut down, and went on to operate in secret after many of their leaders were executed. In addition to getting rid of people with powers they also want to retain their former status.

Initiation ceremonies take place after a recruit either turns 14 or completes training. In their ceremony they will be asked to kill a prisoner. The recruit can kill them in any way they choose, but must carry it out by themselves, and completely unassisted.
