Solara, the Radiant Dawn

Solara is the goddess of the radiant dawn, associated with healing, illumination, and the protection of the innocent. Her followers seek to spread light and hope throughout the world, and she is often invoked by clerics and paladins.

Solara is most commonly depicted as a female warrior with white feathered wings, dressed in golden armor, and whom has eyes which shine like the sun.

Clerics of Solara are traditionally invited to births, blessing the bringing of light and life into the world.

It is traditional to dedicate armed forces to her.

It is said that when every child is born, they see Solara the first time they open them. Whether this is true or not is anyone's guess.

Solara is also known to intervene directly when dire injustice is being carried out in the world. She has single handedly turned the tide in wars, and armed forces who realize they are working against Solara will often flee and disperse, demoralized.
