About The Goddess of Aer
The Goddess of Aer
The Goddess of Aer is often depicted as a trickster, fond of pranks and riddles. It's often believed she flits around the realm, invisible to all but felt as a huge gust of that blows past. In a sense, she's everywhere and her followers feel closest to her when they engage in thrills and travels, shouting out their deeds in honor of the Goddess of Aer so that she might surely hear and bless them. But one thing she does not tolerate are those that cheat and lie; retribution swiftly comes to those that do.
There are temples dedicated to the Goddess of Aer in the high mountain, and there are those that keep her customs (and in Murias, blow a strange, bombastic brass instrument known as a foghorn that would put bagpipes to shame) but her worship is more free spirited in most parts of the world.
She values freedom in all things and cleverness of the mind, but honesty is a core tenant to her followers. Her followers are encouraged to travel and embark on new experiences, although that's diminished some in current times.
