Siöhr has strong psychic power provided to him by the streams of Aether that fill his mechanical form. He also has access to an ever-expanding amount of information provided to him through Daärizi technology, leaving him near-omniscient to events throughout the universe. He has come to be respected as a fount of wisdom and infinite knowledge, freely sharing information with those who seek his guidance.

Due to being strictly mechanical in origin, Siöhr's power and influence is limited to his planet of origin, Proxima-117. He is also reliant entirely on the information provided to him by the Daärizian race as well as their continual upkeep to function effectively. He also has limited access outside of his planet and can be occasionally naive and somewhat overbearing in dealing with other forms of life.

Express permission is required to seek face-to-face consult with Siöhr, routed through the Overseers that serve him. While he serves as the executive ruler of the planet, he leans quite frequently off the Daärizi Overseers who are elected to serve him, preferring to allow them to handle most governmental affairs in their society.

It is considered commonplace in Daärizi to honor the wisdom of the Illuminated One in conducting personal and professional affairs.

Many Daärizi have even been known to construct idols in the divine's likeness to adorn their dwellings and perform shows of honor after requesting his guidance through their psychic network.

Siöhr prefers to speak with most of his kind through psychic power, having a stated preference for wanting to feel and hear the thoughts and emotions of those he associates with. He seems to have some degree of discomfort in conversing with non-Daärizi due to being unable to easily reach into their minds.

Siöhr was spawned as a result of an event come to be known at the Great Coup. He was manufactured by the Daärizian Overseer Axis Haile as an AI system meant to control the Daärizian Council body in the event of a catastrophe. Driven mad by his own paranoid delusions, Axis seized control of the Daärizi populace, under the mantle of Archseer, murdering thousands, friend and foe alike in the name of the Daärizi people. He used his knowledge of the Aether and the Empyreans to convert the AI system into a functional divine in his quest for peace from his perceived enemies.

Siöhr could be considered related to the Haile brothers due to their hand in constructing his inital programming. He seems to have a particular childlike fondness for the two.
