Snow Leopard
Snow leopards are nearly identical to their savannah-dwelling cousins; similar in size, exact same in body shape and hunting techniques, and just as deadly to anything they consider prey or a threat.
What differs are two things, their environment being snow instead of dirt and their coats white instead of orange to help them blend in.
Though their pelts can fetch a pretty penny in some markets, snow leopards are rarely hunted. They are too dangerous for one to take alone, too smart to go near groups of humanoids, and only threaten arctic livestock out of desperation. As an important predator in the arctic they are just left be unless they become a danger to settlements. What little is made from one is pure luck, someone finding a dead one before scavengers can ruin the pelt.
