Size is dependent on how malnourished they are, the smallest (without risk of dying) being about the size of a pair of sunglasses and the largest (without splitting off into another Fulgur Fatuus) is the size of a freezer.

They can fire off bolts of electricity within worst-case scenarios.

When threatened, they can weaponize their biology to become hazardous to touch without protection against electrocution.

At their peak/the best of their species, they are capable of moving as fast as light.

-Can be trapped inside insulation materials
-Being inside a machine with an AI when it malfunctions can cause them to lose their sense of self and fuse with the AI.

Because of their electricity diet, they consume anything that can hold a charge.
