Those who have exceeded their inherent Aether limitations either by divine birth, travel from parallel worlds, or elevation of their mortal spirit are able to draw power directly from the universe itself or their own lifeforces to wield immensely powerful, world altering abilities.

These beings can vary in objective and origin and are only united by their common goal in influencing universal events.
Many of these beings serve as passive observers, their influence kept in check by the actions of the Vis Tempora.
